We flew Air Jamaica to Montego Bay, and it was a disaster. The ticketing staff in the US was better than that in Montego Bay. Our flight there and the return were both delayed. They did not give updates on any type of regular interval. They do serve hot food, but it is nothing about which to write home. The in flight staff seems to try and rush through the service so they can go to the cabin and read their newspaper or magazine.

Air Jamaica is the airline you'd choose if you wanted to sample some tasty Jamaican food and experience a little of what Jamaica has to offer before you even get there. However, the rates are not very competetive and the food portions are becoming smaller and smaller.

Last year was my first time visiting my friend in Jamaica and yes Jamaica is beautiful! I was really impressed by the comfort of my flight from Air Jamaica! They made me feel like a V.I.P, and I can't wait to fly with them when I go back to visit Jamaica this year. Thanks for taking care of me!

Jamaica is great... and Air Jamaica is the way to get there! Both trips were good. Don't remember food being too bad or anything...it's still airline food.

I had a series of problems with this airline and tried to resolve the isue by e-mailing their customer service department. Due to poor time management on their part, 5 of the 6 legs that I have flown with them have all been late (2-4 hours late). One such delay caused us to miss our last connection back to the states and added an extra day to our trip, thus completly interrupting my work schedule, among other things. Air Jamaica has never gotten back with me. All 20 passengers who were affected by this delay aked to speak to a manager while we were in Jamaica and all the airline would do was to give us was a business card with an e-mail address and no direct phone number or manager's name to contact. I repeated resent my e-mail complaint and never got a response. I will never fly them again and I hope you don't either. If you have a conncetion in Montego Bay, good luck at ever getting to your destination.

No complaints with Air Jamaica. They make immigration forms easy, they give you a complimentary glass of champagne, they were on time. What more can we ask?
