Air Masters HVAC And Appliances

If you need something fixed fast and for the repair to be affordable, Dexter is your man. I called Dexter at 3:30pm to schedule a repair for my broken Air Conditioner and he was able to come by at 4:30pm. He left to go pick up the necessary parts and had my A/C back up and running by 5:30pm. I have never experienced a repairman that was so friendly, honest, knowledgeable and informative as to what caused the issue. The repair was very affordable and I would recommend Dexter to anyone needing an appliance or HVAC repaired. It was the first time I have had something repaired on my home and didn't feel ripped off while they were leaving. Thank you Dexterwe will definitely call you next time we need someone we can trust.

Looked for appliance repair on Kudzu-took a leap of faith and called Air Masters. Spoke with Dexter, explained my problem. The bottom element in my very old oven had burned out. Hoped it could be repaired and last a few more years. Gave Dexter the information over the phone, he got the element and came out to repair the oven. Not having the original element to show the supply house they sold him an element that did not fit. Instead of forcing it in the oven and telling me it was fixed, he explained the problem and said he would take the old element and get the correct replacement.I really appreciated his honesty and the trouble he went to going to the supply house again, which was not close to my house. He came back with the correct part and fixed the oven. He was courteous, professional, honest and just a very nice man. I will definetly use him again and recomend him to others.

When both ovens in our gas range stopped heating, we feared the worst. However, Dexter was able to come out the very next day, quickly assess the problem, and fixed it immediately. He did not try to overstate the problem, insist we purchase expensive parts, or give us any sales pitch. He simply came in, did the work in a professional and friendly manner, and talked me through the whole process. Highly recommended.

We returned from being out of town to find our refrigerator not working and had to throw out all our food! I called into Air Masters after finding on Kudzu and got Dexter on the phone. Dexter was close enough to stop by almost right away. He found the problem in a few minutes and asked whether I wanted to pick up the part or have him do it. He got it and came back, had the fridge fixed about 2 1/2 hours after I first called. Great guy, really nice, and professional. I'll definately consider him for other repairs (AC especially) and recommend to others.

Dexter was very efficient. He answered the need, ice maker repair, quickly, very thorough. Recommend Highly. Price very reasonable.
