MY NIGHTMARE!!!!!, 8/10/2012

Well on DAY 1 (August 6, 2012) My Air conditioning unit went out and I called Air National and spoke to Ben. Ben told me that the person coming out would be prepared to fix my unit on site. When the... person arrived named Barry, He told me that I needed a replacement unit, and that I could opt for a payment plan, but instead, I paid in full the amount of $3,000. He discussed installing a Traine unit because Traines are much better than Goodmans. He went on and on about the cons that a goodman has and recommended the Traine with no hesitation. He then proceeded to leave without fixing anything. He they relayed to me that two technicians would return in two hours with the new unit. He also said that since I was paying in full, that no labor would be charged. Shortly after Barry called my brother and said that the Traine would not be compatible with my home, and that I would have to settle for the Goodman. Two hours later, an employee by the name of Arty or Arby and another associate came to install the unit but showed up with the Goodman. I was not aware of the last minute changes that Barry made with my brother even though I was the one who purchased the unit; I was not informed of anything. The unit was installed, and in the meantime, my husband rand a 5 minute errand, and in that time frame, they were gone with warranty paperwork in hand. I instructed them to place my old unit in my garage. I called Barry back to get my warranty back, and he told me to just ask the technician
