 We service all makes and models, and offer maintenance contracts to ensure peak performance.

 AFTER- Trane variable speed air handler in local pre-school, with CleanEffects air filtration.
100 year old Victorian- Replaced 3 antiquated systems with 1 Trane XL15i A/C & XV90i in attic.
 Installing Trane XL90i in Victorian attic that had antiquated floor & wall heat.
BEFORE- Return platform, unlined (less efficient, more noise).
 AFTER- We line and seal return platform for a quieter, more efficient system.
New rooftop ductwork in North Park. We warranty our materials/workmanship for 10 years.
 Old, corroded, dirty ductwork we replaced in Rancho Penasquitos.
BEFORE- Older, inefficient furnace with difficult accecibilty for filter replacement/repairs.
 AFTER- Trane XV80 furnace, rotated for better accessibility, matching Trane coil- no leakage!
