I recall the day when I told you that I had a power bill at my home that was over $2000.00 which astonished you. My power bill had always been high for the last 3 years since I had moved into the house. I had certified professional HVAC companies out and service the system and replace filters and they said it was fine. Gary was astonished at my soaring power bills and he ask if I had the system checked and I told him yes and then he asked about the power company and I told him that I had just had Georgia Power out to inspect our home and they said that our HVAC system was drawing excessive power. Gary came out to my home personally and inspected and found out what the real problems were. The first thing he told me was that my filter was the wrong size. The thing that surprised me about this is that it was a certified person that had installed that filter. Gary explained to me that this would enable more repairs and it would clog the coil. He removed the coil and took it and cleaned it, returned and installed it and replaced the other part that was needed. He was very honest with his repairs and his bills. My power bills had always been at $2,000.00 or more. The first full month after having him come out my power bill was down to $650.00 and everything has continued this way for over 6 months, even thru the summer with the pool running.

This is a great company to do business with--from start to finish they were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I dealt with four employees--one for a service call, one who came to measure, two who came to install a new part. All of them were extremely courteous and friendly. I totally recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work!

Terry, Juan and Henry arrived on time-installed the units in a timely manner. Jason was great before and after installation and made sure I was happy with the product and the installation. Even the owner Gary stopped by to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would recommend without hesitation

Mac was my technician and he came early, was very professional and courteous, and most importantly was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problems we were having with our a/c unit. Very reasonable prices with great customer service means I will be using AirMaster for all of my a/c and heating needs.

Air Master provided stellar customer service from the beginning to the end. Jason took the time to respond to my questions and provided a thorough explanation of the process. The installers came early and stayed until the job was done, which was quite late on the last day of installation. They were all friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Called with an A/C repair and they managed to work us in the same day. Mac the Tech who showed up was able to assess the issues quickly, walked us through the diagnostic, suggested what was needed now and what would be preventative or needed later. He was polite, professional, did his work and let us know each step of the way what he was doing and why it needed to be done. It was quick, the service costs were acceptable and best of all the A/C blows like new again! I can highly recommend these folks and will to all my friends!

This company is wonderful beyond words. Let me tell you about my situation. I just brought my elderly mother, who is sensitive to heat, home to live with me. Two days later, my AC quit. I placed an emergency service call to Airmaster. The tech who arrived (almost immediately) was courteous, kind, and professional. As gently as he could he let me know that, although I could choose to do otherwise, one of my better options was to purchase a new unit. There was absolutely NO pressure to do so, he just provided my options and waited patiently for me to decide. While I was making the decision, he put a great deal of freon back into my leaky system (though we didn't know how long it would last) WITHOUT CHARGE because he was worried about my mom being in the house without air. Wow. One of the company owners showed up later IN THE SAME DAY. Again, no hard sell, no pushing of the most expensive unit, just information. Further, he was a nice guy! We all had great conversation long after I signed my name to the PO. He didn't close his books and rush out to do the next sale. That may not matter to some people, but it made a difference to me. He made sure that the techs came out early THE NEXT DAY to install my unit and the zoning system I purchased. Further, he made an appointment with me to come out the day after the installation to check the work and show me how to use the new thermostats. There is SO much more to say but I have no room! I recommend them without reservation.

AirMaster has been fixing our 7 year old "builder grade" downstairs unit every year for about 5 years. Last year (2011) we got a quote for a replacement unit, but decided to just fix it again. This year it froze up again just like clockwork when the hot weather started. I called them and told them I thought I was ready this time and to send someone out with a new quote. Jason came out and basically honored the year old quote (we did remove an item to install an additional register to the master bedroom). And, when the quoted furnace was found to be out of stock, Jason upgraded it to the next model at no additional cost. The install team did an excellent job and the work area was spotless inside and out when they left. While replacing a bent damper (and gaping hole into the attic!) on our other unit upstairs, Juan decided to climb the rafters and inspect the top of the plenum, where he found another partially covered hole that was leaking into the attic. Needless to say he fixed it too at no extra charege. We have been greatly satisfied with the workmanship and customer service that they have provided over the years, and do not plan to use anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I recently had a 10-year-old air conditioner that was starting to fail (problem with a valve internal to the coil, electrical problems with the outdoor condenser unit, etc.). AirMaster identified a number of problems and offered me a range of options for repairs, from fixing the immediate problems to replacing the system. Jason came to my house to give a free estimate for all of the different options, including the repairs and several different options for new systems. I never felt that I was being pushed towards any of the options or sold a system that I didn't need. Jason even worked with me to address some ongoing problems I had with air distribution inside the house (at my request). After selecting a replacement system and discussing some changes to the existing ductwork, the work was scheduled promptly and at my convenience. The workers (Terry and Juan) were friendly, very professional, skilled, and clean. They cleaned up any mess made inside the house, outside in the yard, and in the crawlspace. I have a background in the design and construction industry, and I can say without reservation that this firm offers high quality work at a very fair price. Thanks for a great job!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to replace your system. We highly value your kind words about our company. We look forward to working with you in the future. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to call us at (770)307-0406 Gary (Owner)
Mac Beeler, my technician, was recommended to me by another member of my community. He did not disappoint. I had been using another HVAC service for bi-annual maintenance since our units were built in 2003. They did an ok job, but Mac was much more thorough in his assessment of our somewhat unique systems (much of our maintenance requires custom sizes)and offered me options/suggestions without being pushy. He was a thorough professional.

A company you can actually trust! Will recommend to all my friends, family & neighbors! Justin was knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I had the same problem last year. Justin had to re-do what they (another company) did and this time it was fixed properly and permanently and at a more reasonable price too!!!!!!!!! I will never use anyone else!
