My HVAC unit was over 25 years old but it was still going strong. I was looking at units 2 years ago when there was a federal rebate and collected several quotes. I decided to wait since I had no problems. Summer of 2011, my air stopped working upstairs. After checking some of the companies I had gotten quotes from, I decided to have AirMaster come out and look at my system. I needed freon. The tech they sent out was so knowledgeable, did not try to sell me on a new system and simply laid out my options. We talked like we were old friends. As a single female, I was not concerned about having him in my home and I did not wonder if I had been ripped off after he left. I called and got new quotes for replacing my system and AirMaster's quotes were very close to those from other companies, but the friendly response I always got when I called, the knowledgeable tech I met before and Jason, the sales guy who provided the quote made me feel this was a good, ethical company that stands behind their product. I had 2 new Carrier AC and heating units and some duct work done last year. The installers were friendly and respectful of me and my home. They have been out for the winter maintenance service and I have an appointment for my summer maintenance service. I have had no problems with my system and am fully satisfied with Airmaster and plan to remain a customer. I would recommend them highly.

We knew we needed a new system and had been putting it off. When our furnace died for the second time this year we went ahead and did our research! We chose 3 companies with great reviews and got our quotes. We cannot be happier with our decision! Within 24 hours of our visit with Jason from sales, we had a completely new system installed, along with new and improved duct work, and some additional supply and returns added in a few of the rooms. We live in a two-story on a slab and opted for the zoning (thank you Jason!) and this was such a smart move. For the first time in 6 years we have the same temp upstairs and down. Juan, Terry, Greg, Mack, and Justin were all amazing - patient, hard-working, and nice people to have in my home all day! Not only would I recommend this company, I already have and I will continue to spread the word to anyone I know who needs a new system!

I set up a service agreement for my heat pump with AirMaster. The tech who came out was knowledgeable and thorough, and did not really try to sell me on services or equipment I didn't need. The one suggestion he did make to change our condensate pump he ran by his supervisor first to make sure what he was telling us was correct. I appreciate the thoroughness, and will be adding my other two brand new systems to my maintenance contract next year.

Thanks to Jason, Terry and Juan for replacing the entire HVAC system in 1 day, and just before a cold week! They did a great job of retrofitting the intake when replacing the 25 yr-old furnace. Jason then came back this week to check out everthing, and provided some instruction on programming the thermostat. My only recommendation would be to have some literature for the various HVAC alternatives he presented. This would help to better compare pros and cons, esp when helping to decide between heat pump and traditional systems. Overall... very good experience!

My 22 year old furnace wouldn't come on this year. Called AirMaster based on the reviews on this site. The technician informed me the ceramic inside the old furnace was cracked, and leaking CO2. I knew the day was coming to replace the old furnace, and the A/C unit as well. I asked about it and that afternoon someone showed up to quote a great deal on a new furnace and A/C unit, upgraded thermostat, air filtering system and two new returns in the bedrooms that just never seemed to get warm in the winter or cool in the summer. Two days later, the new furnace and A/C unit were installed, and I'm ready for winter and next summer and years of savings on my utility bill!

I called AirMaster to come by my home and take a look at my dust issue. Jason came by on time and he was very open and honest about my problem. He gave me my options and was not trying to sell me something that we did not need. Thank you!

After being screwed for the last time by RS Andrews we decided to look for another HVAC dealer. We looked for over a year and had a few companies come to the house. We decided to give Air Masters a try as well. They were on time and honest in their dealings. Fixed a very small problem and that was all. While the technician was there I asked a few questions I had asked of the other companies that came to the house. Are you NATE certified? How many NATE certified techs work for you? AND.....Are you on commission for parts or equipment. You know, this was the very first company that said "no sir", "We have a sales department for that". Every other company said "yes" and you better believe they look for that commission at every opportunity. Finally after a year of searching I feel we have found a HVAC company we can truly trust! UPDATE: We decided to purchase a Heat Pump system by Carrier from Air Masters. Let me tell you this process was wonderful. The installation was simply outstanding and even the owner of the company came during the install to meet us and promise us top notch service after the sale. Now, just how many other companies would do that? I can not tell you how much better we feel with an honest ethical company like Air Masters and how impressed we are with their expertise. If your looking for an HVAC company who is honest and does a great job the first time, you will not go wrong with Air Master. These folks are the REAL thing.

My AC needed replacing and I shopped around by checking reviews, getting recommendations from friends, and then getting a couple of quotes. The other place I had quote was slightly less expensive but farther away (on the south side of Atlanta meaning a service call to me in Lawrenceville, I expected, would take longer) and the warranty not as good. I chose to go with Airmaster. I was particularly impressed at the range of options offered and the honest explanations of them. Asked if I was interested in replacing my heating unit I asked if they thought I needed to do so and was pleased at Jason's honest response of "no." He explained that a new unit could be more efficient but as long as mine was working ok that would be the only reason to replace it. I asked if it would save money to do it now and he told me it wouldn't save much, maybe $100, and on the other hand they often had winter specials which I might be able to catch and erase that difference or even make it cheaper then. The installation crew was quick and efficient. There was some leakage around the putty seals of the coil housing and when Jason came back to follow up he fixed that himself. They weren't the least expensive but weren't out of line either. Value is much more than price, and most of the time you really do get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Jason was great at explaining various HVAC options and requirements. He was prompt at responding to all requests. His team was hard-working, professional and pleasant. Their work under the narrow crawl space was perfectly done and left totally clean.

I was in a jam when my air went out. I was able to get a service person to the house right away, but was charged an additional $100 for an emergency service call - On top of all the other charges. Felt a little like I was taken advantage of. I had the same work done a year ago for much less. The service was great. The quality of the work was great, but due to the inflated charges I won't be calling on them again.

Recently had the upstairs HVAC quit. Called AirMasters. Received call prior to arriving from technician and company administration. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Decided the parts for the old unit where too costly. Arranged for AirMasters to provide quote. Purchased new efficient unit. Professionally installed. Very courteous and polite technicians installed unit as promised. Arrived on time. Techs were very mindful of keeping house clean during installation. Exceeded expectations. Had a walk through with sales agent to ensure satisfaction. Would recommend and use again with no hesitation.

I checked Kudzu.com before calling anyone to repair my heat pump unit. Airmaster Heating and Air seemed to be heads above the competition. One visit from them confirmed why...CUSTOMER SERVICE. They spent time diagnosing the problem, and laying out our options with the pros and cons and costs for each. Their work and attitude are professional and an added bonus....they clean up afterward. All technicians are all EPA certified,we use Eco-Friendly air conditioner pads on all of our installs,R410-A Refrigerant, Reclaim and properly dispose of harmful refrigerants,recycle all metals and install Hybrid Heat Systems.
