I was in a jam when my air went out. I was able to get a service person to the house right away, but was charged an additional $100 for an emergency service call - On top of all the other charges. Felt a little like I was taken advantage of. I had the same work done a year ago for much less. The service was great. The quality of the work was great, but due to the inflated charges I won't be calling on them again.

Recently had the upstairs HVAC quit. Called AirMasters. Received call prior to arriving from technician and company administration. Very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Decided the parts for the old unit where too costly. Arranged for AirMasters to provide quote. Purchased new efficient unit. Professionally installed. Very courteous and polite technicians installed unit as promised. Arrived on time. Techs were very mindful of keeping house clean during installation. Exceeded expectations. Had a walk through with sales agent to ensure satisfaction. Would recommend and use again with no hesitation.

I checked Kudzu.com before calling anyone to repair my heat pump unit. Airmaster Heating and Air seemed to be heads above the competition. One visit from them confirmed why...CUSTOMER SERVICE. They spent time diagnosing the problem, and laying out our options with the pros and cons and costs for each. Their work and attitude are professional and an added bonus....they clean up afterward. I got 2 estimates to have my central AC fixed and Airmaster was $110 LESS EXPENSIVE than a major competitor that advertises on the radio all the time. The major competitor strongly recommended I buy a new central AC and furnace but I declined. I never heard back from the major competitor again to finish the job and replace the motor. I guess he was a salesman in technician's clothing. So I called AirMaster back and said let's do it, Justin came out THE NEXT DAY and fixed my AC. He was real nice to talk to, gave me a few pointers on how to maintain my system and was a real cool guy to have at my house. I will glady call these guys for future repairs and was happy to pay them for a job well done and much deserved. Brooke at the office was very nice, too. Knowledgable, professional, fast, good personalities, locally owned and operated. Super value, super service, dependable quality. AirMaster has a bright future ahead of it with awesome personal service like this.

Nobody enjoys it when their air conditioning fails. However, when top notch service is provided is makes things seem better. When I called AirMaster, they were able to schedule a service call for the following day - even during the hottest week of the summer! The technician that came to my house - Justin - did a fantastic job. I don't wear shoes in my house and I didn't even have to ask him to remove his shoes, he did it automatically! In addition, Justin explained everything that he was doing, the cost and how it was determined that the part was bad. I cannot express how impressed I was with Justin! He is a phenomenal asset to AirMaster! I feel that he needs to be recognized for the level of service he provided! Thank you Justin!

I called AirMaster to have them look at my air. I knew I had a leak but I was quoted an outrageous price to find it by another company. John of Air Master came out to my home on Wednesday. He was able to find the leak, as well as fix it. Once it was repaired he charged the unit but the compressor died. He was able to get a compressor and come back on the next day and make the repair. My air is working great! Now here are the things that make John a stand out. He came on time. He wears booties over his shoes. He showed me the leak. He gave me run down of my options for my system. He came back the following day as promised and fixed the system faster than quoted. He provided tips for maintaining my system. I am very pleased with AirMaster. If at all possible, ask for John.

We had to replace a heat pump. We were given all of the options and the best advice as to what was best for us. The service was quick and was double-checked by the salesman to make sure all was installed correctly. We love this company!

After 25 yrs I needed a new heating and air unit. I dreaded the search for a company that I could trust. I found AirMasters on Kudzu. It was the best experience. They worked with my schedule. Salesman explained my choices, answered ALL my questions. No pressure, just knowledge. The technicians were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason did a free inspection on our ducts, and showed us why cleaning wasn't necessary right now. It doesn't get any more honest than that. If/when something goes wrong with our HVAC system, Jason and AirMaster will definitely be getting our business.

We choose AirMaster because it was one of the highest rated heating and air companies here on Kudzu. We'd been working on some home renovations/remodeling for almost 5 months and I was just ready to have everything done - I didn't want to get multiple quotes and haggle prices.We needed our dryer vented (after we moved it up from the basement) and we needed a heating and air vent put in the new laundry room we built. The man who came out to quote the work was very professional, on-time and friendly. Just a couple days later, the men came out to do the work. They were also professional, tidy and on-time. But the quality of the work was not up to our standards. Our original tube for the dryer vent was long, and the men just bent the tube to make it fit behind the dryer in the new location. (Instead of trimming the tube or installing a new, shorter one.) I was afraid that the lint wouldn't vent as well with a bend in the tube. It also seemed like a possible fire hazard - if lint built up in the vent of the tube, couldn't it catch on fire? We were also worried that the new heating and air vent wasn't blowing out any air. We called back to discuss the issues, and the original employee we spoke to came out the next day to fix the work. In the end, we are happy with the work that was done. However, it was a little disappointing to have the issues that we did, especially considering the high ratings and the cost of the company.

I was so pleased with the first system last March, they just replaced my second system! Fair pricing, great equipment (Carrier) and super installation (Terry & the guys). They have exceeded my expectations, TWICE this year! You can't do better.

I hired AirMasters to work on my basement HVAC project after receiving several quotes from other local companies to complete the job. Jason provided me with a free quote, was very knowledgable and clear about what would be the best option for my particular installation scenerio, and unlike the others actually took measurements, did the math, and recommended a Honeywell Zone HVAC system, saving me thousands on my original installation plan. He even went so far as to look at the other units in my house and corrected an airflow issue on my first floor as well, eliminating an annoying whistle that has existed since we moved into our home 5 years ago. The installation of the new unit was scheduled, and the equipment installers were tentative, courteous, and did a clean and professional installation of the system within the timeframe proposed. The equipment is great and my house has never felt more comfortable. Jason even performed a follow up visit a week later to ensure that the new unit was functioning properly and made sure that we had no questions and were completely satisfied with the work. I would recommend Aimasters to anyone planning to have their HVAC serviced or replaced! This company provides Top quality Sales and Support.

Airmaster showed up when scheduled and did a nice job for a reasonable price. A couple of weeks later the supervisor came out to check the quality of the installation himself. I recommend Airmaster.

I first called a well know hvac company to repair my furnace. I was told the circuit board was bad and would be called with a price later. I was called and was told the total repair price would be $682 and it would take 7-10 days to get it. I then called AirMaster after reading other reviews on kudzu. They came out the same day and repaired it on the spot, and it was only $242. It turns out it was not the circuit board at all. Thank goodness for AirMaster! I will certainly use them again.

My previous A/C heating system which was only 5 years old needed constant repair where a defective coil made it necessary to refill the freon each year, and then it would leak on the furnace and have to replace the motor each winter. Two other companies did not want to repair this problem, just service it each year. This company took the time to inspect the system to discover the problem rather than just treat the symptoms. They replaced the damaged parts and reinstalled the system and gave me a new warranty. The new system works great.
