This vendor is dishonest and unconcerned about AHS customers. They tried to tell me that my unit wasn't "maintained properly" and when I argued with them about it the service guy, "Charlie" became incredibly rude and irate. I spoke with the service manager, "Scott" and he told me, "your just trying to get me to change my opinion of your unit, and I won't do that. What, do you expect me to talk sweet to you..." They charged me 200 to "professionally clean" my AC unit, they convoluted the shipment of my compressor, and they have been completely non responsive to call me back to set up an appointment. I am 8 days with no AC it's been 102-109 temperatures during that period of time. I have a daughter with Asthma and this is considered an AHS "emergency" but Air Max has thus far not handled it like that. There are other vendors that AHS uses- please steer away from this one. My neighbor (also an AHS customer) was given another vendor to process the claim. They are only three days out and they are getting repaired today. Serious Buyer Beware!!!!!

Absolutely terrible response time, terrible communication, and terrible service. Ordered service through AHS warranty, took them 2 working days and then through a weekend before they could come for an AC that was out in 100 degree weather. Told that I needed a new unit on Monday, Thursday comes and they had not even ordered it yet, nor done the proper paperwork on the order. Looks like maybe next week or thereafter before they can get it together to fix the problem, but I do not know since they do not call back to confirm anything. I would not use this company again, there are many others out there.
