In checking my air filter during a routine oil change on May 29, 2010, Airport Express Lube caused $203.60 worth of damage to the various components. This included pulling apart the MAF sensor connector, not seating the air filter tube properly, and unhooking the EBP tube. It cost me $203.60 from another repair shop to order and replace the harness. I approached Airport Express Lube about paying for the repairs, but the owner blamed the high mileage on my vehicle and essentially called me a liar. I noticed on the Better Business Bureau website a similar complaint from Feb. 23, 2010: During an oil change, the employee broke the air intake hose from the mass airflow meter to the throttle body.
