I had the good fortune of having Al assigned to assist me in finding a home when my company relocated from the Northeast. He is highly professional, understands what an out-of state client needs to know and was truly a pleasure to work with. He guided us through the search, inspection and negotiation phases of the purchase and even though it is done, continues to keep in touch to make sure everything is OK. If I ever leave the area I will definitely ask Al to broker our home.

We purchased two houses with Al. The first one we were out of state (Massachusetts) and he was our life-line in Georgia. We had the same level of high service getting our second house. We are extremely happy with all our experiences with him. He is personable yet professional.

My Fiance and I used Al Maxwell to purchase our first house. After looking around on the internet and driving around for months to look for houses, we decided to use an agent. After contacting Al, we were able to find our first house in less than a month. Being first time home buyers we were not familiar with the home buying process; however, Al helped explain everything thoroughly. We are very thankful that we used Al because he never pressured us to move forward if we did not feel comfortable. Al constantly followed up with us every step of the way, and was happy to meet with us after work, and accommodated around our busy schedules to look at houses.
After we purchased the house we decided to refinish the hardwood floors. We scheduled several contractors to come out and give us quotes. Al went over to the house when we weren’t able to take time off from work, and met with the contractors himself. We not only gained a new house through this process, but we also gained a friend. We highly recommend Al Maxwell and will definitely use him in the future when we outgrow our first home.

There are several outstanding qualities that come to mind when I think of Al Maxwell:
• When I have the privilege of inspecting a home for Al’s clients, I find that Al has already educated the Buyer regarding what a home inspector’s job entails, resulting in a more educated consumer.
• It is obvious to me that Al goes the extra mile when negotiating for his clients.
• I have observed him demonstrating a genuine desire to ensure the client gets the very best in a home, as well as in a home inspection.
• Al’s professionalism is constant.

Al is a first class Real Estate agent. He is extremely detail oriented and very personable. His knowledge of the area and the housing market were very helpful as well as his diligence in making sure all of the bases were covered from the inspection to final contract.
