Alain's Pressure Washing L.L.C

Alain had to pressure wash, seal, and stain our decks. We have two decks attached to our home in Brookhaven.

We moved into a new home in 2011 and required the decks in our home be power-washed, stained, and sealed now that the builders warranty inspection revealed no issues with the construction. As soon as the period expired, my wife and I called around and found Alain's company. After getting several quotes (sight unseen), Alain came over to our house within 4 hours, inspected the decks, provided us samples of various pain colors we could have our deck stained, and explained the process. The next day, he and his crew came and did a thorough power wash of our deck. They took all the dirt, mildew, and mold that accumulated over the year off in hours. The deck was spotless (better than when the builder left us with actually). A few days later (due to the temperature outside), Alain and his crew came back and completed the job in 7 hours time. The crew was incredibly professional, courteous, and Alain was a true business man. He was timely, receptive, communicative, and simply a pleasure to work with. I'd hire his company again for this kind of job as his prices are extremely reasonable and the workmanship is superior.

I have used many pressure washing companies over the years and by far Alain is the best. Very thorough, honest and friendly.

Alain is the best in town! A previous contractor destroyed our deck. Alain was able to rise above the previous damage, correct the problems, and make everything look brand new! Thanks, Alain. We'll be back.

Alain is professional, prompt, and very good at what he does. Alain recently saved our deck, after others told us it was impossible. He did a fabulous job and maintained a superior level of professionalism. We will certainly hire Alain again.

We used Alain's last year to pressure wash our home and just called them back to clean and seal our deck this time. They did a fantastic job and were very responsive to our requests. Alain even came back out after our sprinklers ruined part of the deck sealing the first night! We will now have them do some interior painting. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants pressure washing or painting/sealing.
