Their glass break sensor is a total product failure. We suffered TWO break-ins after large rocks were thrown through windows. The alarm was not triggered by the glass break sensor either time. The company admitted that the sensitivity setting was not set high enough by their technician, yet there is no warranty on the product or financial accountability on the company's part. We trusted a security component that failed us twice. We have contracted with a different security company now. I have attached a photo of the 4 pound rock that should have set off the alarm when it broke through the window and bounced off a wall.

My family and I had a terrible experience with this company. It saddens us, but Alarm Associates does not stand behind their product like they should. There are many other alarm companies out there, and I highly encourage you to choose a different one. A smaller company should specialize in exceptional customer service, and Alarm Associates is the exact opposite.
