Needs a better service department
I admit that I am not a technical guy, but I was in the service industry for a long time. My wife used to handle everything concerning our burgler alarm system. After she died, I had to learn. Some time ago, I called for help from the "service" department. I talked to someone who was impatient with me and down right rude. The next day, I spoke to someone else who just wanted to get me off of the phone. Obviously she had some place to be other than talking with me. Finally, I was turned over to Alan, the Service Manager. He was very professional and he knew his stuff! Most of all, he was patient with me despite the fact that it was closing time. And, he even called to follow up and make sure that I understood everything. Wow!!! I called back recently and was turned over to the same impatient service folks even though I requested to speak to Alan. I was finally told that Alan is no longer with the company. Alan, wherever you arethank you. To the owner - what the heck????
