Alex Auto Inc

I have been coming to Alex for serveral years, ever since I was referred by a friend. The prices cant be beat and the quality of work is always outstanding.

Alex is a great guy and a person that enjoys the work he does (enthusiast). What this means for the customer is expert repair and, for me, was the most satisfying major service I've ever had done to a car. I'm a car nut and I feel uneasy letting other folks wrench on my car but when I met Alex I knew my car was in good hands. Communication was excellent and updates were regular- this is almost unheard of at the dealer. The particular service I had done would have cost me about $6000 at the dealer and would have probably taken at least a week. Alex had me going in two days at 1/3 the dealer service rate. Alex also took care of some other incidental issues with my car (filling the washer fluid, replacing a missing bolt, etc) and didn't charge me for it. Bottom line is the guy knows his stuff and will treat you right. Thanks Alex.

I have been a loyal customer of Alex Auto for over 5 years now. I have had many issues with other shops around but after discovering Alex Auto I simply refuse to let anyone else work on my car. Alex Jr. is the most knowledgeable, honest and friendly mechanic that I have ever met. Not only he quoted the lowest price but also showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Most shops simply tell you and often enough they charge you for unnecessary repairs. Alex has fixed my cars numerous times and every time I leave the shop confident and happy. Besides, the level of customer service is extraordinary. This is the shop that will go an extra mile for their customers.If you need quality auto repair I strongly suggest to see Alex. Thank you!!!!

My dealer quoted over $1000 the repairs of my vehicle and I took it to Alex Auto for independent inspection. I ended up paying less than $100 for the parts and labor.

The service is absolutely great for the money and they explain the nature of the repairs to you before charging you anything.

I recommend Alex to everyone.

Finally, an honest and respectable auto repair shop! I have been to countless auto mechanics and this is the ONLY shop that I feel comfortable with and trust. Not only did they explain what I needed, but they also explained what I didn't need. Other shops had quoted me at over $1500+ for the work I needed done and Alex charged me less than $300. The do good work, they are good people, and after using them, you won't use anyone else ever again!
