Found us our dream home!
Alix did a fabulous job finding us our dream home! We knew we wanted to live in Grant Park, and she found several fabulous options for us to check out, including some that I hadn't even seen in my exhaustive online searching. She listened to our requests and found us the perfect house! We have been living there for 4 months now and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her!

Head and shoulders above the rest...
Great agents are few and far between Alix certainly fits the bill of great. She has helped me on many transactions, both on the buying and selling side. Her attention to detail has always impressed me. She never has a problem helping out in any part of the transaction. Purchasing a home is too great of an investment to be stuck with a mediocre agent. Call Alix for world class service!

First Rate Agent
Alix has provided us with great service on two different transactions. She sold our town home in a matter of weeks in a declining market, for more than expected. Great staging and pricing advice.

Very good realitor
Alix sold our townhouse in less than 90 days right at our asking price- Impressive considering the market right now. I'd recommend her in a minute. She has good judgement and is pleasant, which is critical during those sensitive negotiating times.

We recently had to put my Father into assisted living and sell my childhood home. I did not want to sell the house, to be honest: I was just about as difficult to work with as a I could be. I put out an unreasonable list of criteria for the new family. Alix, was patient and responsive and completely understanding. She worked with my every demand and made sure to find the best possible fit for my former home. The new family got the house of their dreams and I can now afford my father's elder care.
