My family had a HORRIBLE experience with All About Animals on June 28, 2011. We were very disappointed with the way our 2 year old Miniature Dachshund, Bailey, was treated when we took her in for a severely injured leg. Dr. Lipham failed to render care to our pet and allowed her to lay in her own blood, hurting and in shock from 7:50 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. at which time he finally told us that "he had been busy all day, but had looked her over briefly and had not done much for her because he assumed that we would just put her down (euthanize her) rather than wanting to spend a bunch of money on orthopedic surgery to repair her leg." We were not upset at the fact that the care Bailey needed was outside the scope of Dr. Lipham's expertise. Our upset was over the fact that Dr. Lipham and his Staff did not tell us that they could not help her. We immediately took her to GA Veterinary Specialists in Roswell and she is doing great! She is able to walk and is expected to make a full recovery. Bailey continues to be a great joy to our family. We are thankful we did not kill her as Dr. Lipham had recommended as our only option. I don't feel that this is the best choice as a Vet.

I was hesitant to change vets but was not happy where i was going. I called other vets office but when I reached "All About Animals," i knew this was the place for my cats kids. Robert is not the typical receptionist. He knew to ask the right questions and made me feel welcome. He also did not push more procedures than necessary. The vet is what I look for in experience and also compassion. Rest of the staff is excellent
