The experience here was relaxed and friendly. the doctor is very sharp and creative in how she helps the patients.Incredible artistry in dentistry and the staff are all willing to make you feel comfortable. Even my grandkids love coming to her.

Dr. Farahani is a wonderful, caring, gentle and a beautiful dentist, she spends time with her patients and listen to their concerns and problems. She is very gentle with kids, my kids love to go see Dr. Farahani. MMS

I went to "All about family dentistry" a few months ago for a tooth removal. When i went into the office the receptionist told me about a program called "I CARE." So first i was told that the procedure would be 175.00 dollars, and all i would have to pay that day was $75.00 and give them my account number and they would automatically deduct $50.00 out of my account till it was paid off. So it sounded like a great deal. I gave them the 75 and my account number. After my extraction and when i was checking out they told me it was going to come to a total of 275.00 for one tooth to be pulled. So they were going to set me up on a 4 week period at 50 a week to pay it. So the first week came along and 50 was taken out of my account, that following week i lost my job, so i called the office and talked to a lady named tonya. They said they would work with me in paying them. it was a month later and I got phone calls from her telling me they needed a payment, OK thats understandable. I explained my situation to them. When it came time for me to pay and i couldnt they called me like crazy telling me that if i didnt make a payment they would take out a felony warrent for theft by conversion. Keep in mind i only owed the 150.00. So a couple weeks went by and they kept calling me harrassing me tell me they will take out a warrent on me. Then i get a call form a rep at "I CARE" asking me what was going on, i explained to him. So he goes on to also threating me with a warrant. At this point it had only been 4 weeks since my last payment. I owed 150.00, so after being harrassed everyday by these people, I went up to the office to pay 80.00. I told them i could have the remaining 70.00 paid off in 2 weeks. Tonya told me that she would not do that cause it was too long and handed me my debit card back and went on to explain to me what i was going to happen when she took the warrant out. How i was going to get arrested at my home and have to find a bonding company to bail me out of jai

Customer service is horrible. I finally gave up and found a new dentist when, after 4 MONTHS, they wouldn't return my calls to tell me how much procedures would cost. They would not communicate with insurance, and they charge extra fees not covered by ins. Last straw - was told "it's not my fault, I can't help it if the other people here do a bad job" when I complained. Hygienist kept quoting the Bible at me. Dentist was condescending. Kept pushing expensive procedures. Long wait. 2nd worst dentist ever. I have switched.

After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I was a bit fearful of finding a new one. Dr. Farahani and her staff changed that! They are always welcoming and professional and very accomodating in scheduling. I never feel like I'm getting pushed for expensive dental services we don't need-they just take good care of my family's teeth. The office has the latest technology and they handle the insurance flawlessly. I highly recommend them!
