These guys showed up on time, returned my calls promptly, and did a great job fixing the pipes in my crawlspace. I would definately call them again.

The owner's name is Ken and not only is he a great plumber, he is also a real nice guy. Very prompt, attentive, fixed what needed fixing, working on solutions to fix what can't be fixed until we can find parts and charges reasonable prices. I've found my plumber.

This the best Plumbing Company I have ever found!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars...I would. On time, courteous, proficient, skilled and affordable! These guys are great! They fixed a leak without turning my house into a construction site!!!

I had a serious plumbing emergency, I cut my main water pipe to my house while digging a drain ditch, and my wife's bachelorette party was being held at my house 2 hours later. Ken came within minutes, did a fantastic job fixing the pipe. Highly professional, proficient, and affordable. He kept me out of the dog house!!! I am forever obliged.

I was under the impression that I would need to replace my water heater because it is about 13 yrs old. Tyrone was already going to be in my area for another job and therefore was able to come to my home to give me an estimate on the installation at no charge. When he came by, he informed me that I should expect about another 7 years from my water heater and that it would be a waste of money to replace it at this point. I had been considering a tankless heater. Tyrone discussed the cost vs benefit of this w/me. Ultimately, I was not charged anything for an in-home consultation. I sincerely appreciate their honestly and will be calling them back for any plumbing needs in the future.

I had a pipe burst and called All About Plumbing and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Ken was able to walk me through shutting off my to prevent further damage until he was able to get on site. He gave me an estimate which he stuck to. I was so pleased by the business that I had him do additional service as well for a nominal charge. Overall, I am pleased with the work and recommend Ken and All About Plumbing.

I should have gotten a quote for the service call. I thought they were extremely overpriced ($163 plus parts for less than one hour) and the service technician they sent said he "was surprised and lucky" that he was able to fix my leaky faucette. Doesn't inspire much confidence in their work. My faucette is not leaking anymore, but I'll call someone else next time I have problems.

I tried to call this customer to talk to her about her job. The first call she hung up on me .I thought it might have been a mistake. I called a second time she yelled at me an said she would leave anouther negative review. The first day I talked to you you were very nice and told me you found us on kudzu so I emailed Scott to tell hime to go down on his price that you seemed like a good customer.Standard price for you type faucet is $225 we went down to $183 with parts.Secondly he was not ther less than an hour , he had exactley 2hrs and 38 minutes in your job according to out truck trackers. Scott went to two supply houses looking for the parts because they are not a standard truck stock.Your in a condo he had to find parking check in with the gaurd everytime he went up and down the elevator, which he said he had to do three times. We are in business for the long term and make or livings from loyal repeat customers that we like have good relationships with.We are not the cheapest company because we can not compeat w/ unlisenced and uninsured companies. Your price was very fair for all the leg work and th amount of time going up and down elevators and checking in with security..Not only did you never mention to my plumber that the cost or that anything was an issue.I have a signed invoice stating#1547 that every thing was done to your satisfaction. If you were not happy why at that point would you sign the invoice. Why wouldnt you complain the service technician or to the owner. Im sure we could have found a coupon or something. If you were not happy why not talk. Definitley why would you sign a contract stating you were happy. Its hard for us to know your unhappy if you smile in are faces and the go behind are backs and leave bad review. As far as him being surprised about your repair, he was surprised to find the part instock and that it worked without cutting open your walls. Most people would be glad there faucet quit leaking and they didnt have to cut open walls to replace the whole shower unit.To inspire confidece, thats what we give you a warranty for.We hate losing customers but I have been in plumbing for over 20 yrs and have never been hung up on and yelled at by a customer.Sorry you not happy but I tried everything in my power to satisfy you. Ken
I called Ken with all about plumbing this afternoon at 1:00 after calling a # of companies that were giving me the run around on prices and time and if they could do the job. I have a family reunion tonight and this weekend. Not the most pleasant time to have stuff coming up in my basement bathrooms .Ken promised he would have Scott out within the hour to take care of the probem. He was here in 15 minutes and had the system back draining within 30 minutes and gave me an additional $25 off to leave what ever review I wanted. There where roots in the line but he rooted it and gave me a few numbers to call at this weekend if I had problems with The family over this weekend. So I could wait till monday or tues to save me the the hassle of having my yard dug up with 12 kid over this weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT AND KEN, ALL ABOUT PLUMBING SERIOUSLY THANK YOU

I had a water line break and called them for an estimate. Nothing special from a service standpoint. The work appears to be contracted out. However, I was shocked when they charged me for $95 for an estimate. Of course, they would apply that as a credit if I booked the work. Luckily, I ended up getting a second quote at half the price, work was done that day, and a much longer warranty given on the work. They never disclosed there would be a fee for an estimate. That alone told me to keep shopping. I recommend you do too.

AAP sincerely appologizes for any miscommunication about the fee that was never charged to your credit card for the estimate. You have tried your best to slander aap all over the internet and with the BBB for $95 that was NEVER CHARGED to your card even though we had a signed invoice and a card was provided by your husband and we would have met the price for the work if we did do the job and put the est. fee to the job as a deposit . I never recieved a call from you or your husband until I made the phone call to talk to your husband . Work is also not contracted out my guys and I have been together for years.
I took a few estimates on replacing my old sewer line in Peachtree Hills. Ken gave me a competitive quote and was especially knowledgeable and informative when he came to look at my house and describe the process of installing the new line. I felt comfortable giving the job to him and I'm really pleased with the work he did. -Glenn

Impressive service. Scott was able to fix the draining problem in my tub without have to do any major repairs. Would highly recommend them and use them again in the future. Their service prices seem a bit high, but worth it.

I enjoyed utilizing this company. Quality, honest service the same day. Highly recommended. Polite and easy-going plumbers installed a new hot water heater and disposed of the old one for us. The person who answered the telephone and scheduled was helpful, as well.

I had All About Plumbing handle some matters at my home. I was not pleased with the results and wrote a review here regarding my experience. However, I have withdrawn that review because All About Plumbing acted professionally to address my concerns to my satisfaction.
