All About Plumbing was very responsive to my request to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. My home is older and previous owners had some unusual plumbing work done under this sink while installing updated sinks and faucets. Scott was very courteous, and efficient in locating the problem and repairing it quickly. I will definitely use this service in the future.

It was 8 oclock Saturday night, when I found I needed a plumber by 8 the next morning. Every plumber I called was not available until I called All About Plumbing. They arrived 15 minutes before 8 the next morning. They were very honest, professional,Efficient, Ken is who I spoke with the masterplumer! Ken thanks for everything!

Our drain line backed up the day we put our house on the market. I called All About Plumbing and they came out right away. Given the circumstances, I suspected they smelled blood in the water. After an inspection they told me I needed a new drain line all the way to the street. I was highly skeptical but really felt I didn't have a choice - I needed the drain line fixed and done fast because of the scheduled appointments to show the house. They did the work fast and were very competent. My skepticism was erased when they pulled out a four inch round (and four foot long) tree root growing in my drain line (I was standing there when they pulled it out). To top everything off, they charged me about half what I heard things like this cost from real estate agents. I'm very happy.

I'm a first time homeowner who found AAP through Kudzu when my water heater stopped heating water. They came out quickly, figured out the problem (not what we initially thought), and got it fixed for the price that they said, as well as answered all of my questions about how the process worked (never having hired a plumber before). I will definitely call them again when I need more work done. Thanks!

I hired All About Plumbing to fix some water leaks I had in an upstairs masterbath area. Their rates were lower than competitors and job was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I called All About Plumbing because I had sewage backup in my basement, and a friend had recommended them to me. Scott came out within an hour. He opened the sewage clean-out valve near the street and determined that it was clogged on the county's portion of my line. He didn't charge me a thing!! He totally could have charged me for the visit, but he didn't. Wow was I surprised. In the end, Dekalb County Water and Sewer sent out a crew about an hour later and took care of it. The next time I need any plumbing work done, you can bet that I'll call All About Plumbing first!

I had a plumbing company out yesterday to fix a broke pipe in my ceiling, that night it broke in the same place, called them and they said they could not make it out untill the next day, so i called all about plumbing, scott came out within the hour, and fixed the leak for half the price of the other plumber, and it was after hours, scott was very profesional, and told me the cause of the break in the pipe which was to high of pressure, and told me what i needed to do, thanks guys for your fair prices and honesty, found my plumbers, and would reccomend them to anyone.

These guys did work for me last year and while I thought they charged alot then, it was a bigger job that involved cutting thru drywall and fixing a pipe in a tight space. It was a good repair and I thought - Oh well.... BTW, they gave me a coupon good for a $25 rebate if I left a 5 star review on Kudzu. Buying good reviews guys?? This time, I had a valve fail on my hot water heater. It was a simple repair that took all of 20 minutes to fix. I was charged $225 which is half of what I paid for the hot water heater when it was new two years ago. I'm sorry but where do they get off charging $500/hr? I was expecting around $125 or so and while I did not ask up front what it would cost, I was floored when he told me the amount. I thought that I had finally found a good honest plumber but I guess that I'll just find someone else next time. You've lost my business and my recommendation.

First off I would just like to say that I hate that we lost your business. Secondly, we do not buy our reviews. The form that was handed to you has directions on how to leave a review and our address to mail your rebate . If you notice on the bottom you can circle from 1 to 5 stars. There is also a place to write how we can better serve you. You can leave 1 star or 5 stars and you will still get your rebate money back. No where on that form does it say you must leave a 5 star review. This form was made up by me personally to keep track of reviews to make sure that they got posted and to get the customers input on what we can do better. I also checked our tracking system on to see how much time was really involved. I took him 36 minutes from our shop in Atlanta to your house. Then his van was stopped at you house 15 minutes then he went to the supply house that was another 28 minutes. He then was at your house after getting parts for another 44 minutes. So with travel time to the job and at your house and the supply house he had a total of almost 2 hours involved in your job. I wish I could go back a couple or a few years ago when gas was $.99 and do calls like this for $150 to $175 but because of the cost of fuel, copper, brass , advertisement, workers comp. and liability insurance it is hard to give handy man type pricing. I assure you the job was done right. Scott not only is one of the best sevice plumbers that I have ever had work for me or that I have ever had the privlage of working with. Scott is also very honest and It is hard to find employees and not pay them a good salary. I have priced around and I have found plenty of companies that charge $250 to as high as $425 to do this job. I would like to talk to you some time next week because we did not even know until this review , that you were upset with the pricing of this job. You are an important customer to us as are all of our customers and I would personally like to talk to you next week. My cell number is 404 641 3705. Also when Scott was out there he did check his gauge and check for Thermal expantion and also your pressure which was at 71 psi to assure that you whole system is up to code. Sorrry
I was pleased with the plumbing services that I recieved at my home. I also appreciated the fact that my questions were answered in a very honest manner. Great job and thanks a bunch for helping me stop the leaks in my home bathroom.

I caled Ken with AAP at 3:30 in the morning in a panic and Ken Half asleep, answered the call. I had to laugh because he tried to sound alert but I could tell that the call woke him. He was polite and answered my questions, I was panicked about the situation and he suprisingly walked me through the temporary measures to take untill he could come by the next morning. Great service and very knowledgeable Thanks Ken!

They were able to fix a small leak that two other plumbers were unable to. We thought it was just a nuisance we had to live with. Also fixed our toilet which had been repaired twice before. My mother met them because we couldn't get home and said that he was a "very nice young man" and that he really took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. We'll definitely call again with all of our plumbing issues!

I called about repairing my toilet which had a faulty flush valve. Here is how the service was: PROS *they came out quickly CONS *they said they were missing a part and would be right back... that took 1.5 hours *the part might have cost $20 max but they charged me for a 'toilet rebuild' which cost $160 and took 15 minutes for the plumber to perform Bottom line- I was ripped off and hope you can avoid the same fate.

You were told a price up front and signed a invoice to go ahead with the repairs . If you felt like you were getting ripped off you should have told the plumber to leave and you would not have been charged or like you said ripped off. The plumber had to run to 2 different supply houses to get the parts for your toilet, the one where he got the parts was in Norcross .Sorry we cant carry every part for every toilet on are vans. We try to keep the cost as low as we can but when you add up all the gas to get to your job and to get the parts and all the running around and traffic and insurances and workers comp. then the price was fair. If you wanted cheap you would not have gotten a professional much cheaper any where else.Sorry you feel ripped off its hard for us to make everybody happy but we strive to do are best. I hope you toilet is working fine and if you have any problems with it it is warrantied.
