I called All About Plumbing last night around 9pm to leave a message. To my surprise I talked to Ken,the owner. I told him about my leak at my water heater. He stayed on the phone with me and and talked me thru step by step on how to shut off my water and the gas. I gave him all my info. and he said he would get Jack out in the morning.Jack came out this morning and showed me how out dated my heater was and explained what we had to do to bring it up to code. He also gave me the choice of what water heater I wanted to put in and showed me a couple different one on the computer. I went with a heater that I felt was the one I needed and Jack went and got the heater and installed it.To me the work looks very professional and he cleaned up after himself and there was no surprises in the price that he gave me.Jack and AAPseem to be some of the nicest and most professional service men I and my wife have delt with in manny years. they have restored my faith that there are some good contractors left here in the ATL.Thank you from Craig and Katie

I am In the process of buying an new house and had Scott come out last week and inspect the plumbing. He found numerous code issues and things that where not done right. The home inspector told me that it is rare to find someone that knew plumbing so well thanks to Scott and my home inspector the home owner is fixing the problems before I buy the house to save me alot of head aches.I also had Scott do some small repairs on my house monday so that I can sell my house.I would recomend AAP to anyone that needs a plumber.

Sunday, at 8 pm I found that getting a plumber out to your house for what seemed like a small job was almost impossible.I got everything from people telling me that they would call me back and didn't. I got answering services, I got techs that said my job was to small, techs that said it was not enough of an emergency to come out on a sunday.Seems like having no water to your house and water coming up in the front yard was an emergency.I called All About Plumbing and Ken answered the phone and was very knowledgeable about mY problem he gave me a rough price range that the job could fall into.He told me that he would have one of his guy to my house in about an hour.Ricky came out and fixed my main water line to my house .He got to my house at 9:30 and made sure there was no leaks and left right around 11:00 with a smile on his face . From answering the phone to the finished product I was very impressed with the quality of work , the price and Ken and Ricky. THANK YOU KEN AND RICKY!!!

I called because my commode was clogged. Ken answered the phone and Scott was at my home in an hour. They were both very nice. Scott left after working on the commode for an hour and thought the commode was still clogged. He snaked it and plunged it repeatedly and it would not work. He left apologizing thinking it was not working. I went back upstairs and I guess what he did most have loosen the clog. The commode is working just fine.

Great first impressions. After they get your money, you are screwed. I needed a new sump pump and a toilet secured to the floor. $800 and a year later and the toilet is loose still and I'm using my original pump. They stole my money and now they won't return my calls. They're ducking me like thieves. Shame on them and on you if you give them any money. CROOKS AND LIARS!

First off, It has been around a year since I've last heard from you. Secondly it would be hard for us to duck your calls like thieves, as you put it.I don't even remember your name.I deal with so many customers on a daily basis that it is hard for me to remember everyones names. I do remember certain jobs. I definitely remember talking to you and dealing with you and your job. I remember Scott trying to sell you a large pump system since you had such a high volume of water going under your house when it rained. At that point you and Scott then agreed on smaller Zoller brand pump with a 11/2 discharge compared to your 3/4 discharge pump.Scott then installed the pump. Then after a rainy day you called us back and said that the pump was not working. You insisted that we come out immediatley . So, Scott went out to your house on saturday which was his day off. He found that the pump was fine. Then you called back the next week to say that the pump broke again. So Scott went back out again after work . He again found that the pump was functioning fine. The volume of water and mudd is just to much for the the type of pump you wanted to spend the money on. You then called me and insisted that we just come back out and install a small 3/4 pump just like your old pump. I personally told you that I did not think that was the solution to your problem, but I've always been taught that the customer is always right.Scott went back out again and installed the pump that you wanted just to try and satisfy you.Scott brought that 11/2 pump back to AAP. I plugged it in and it worked fine. It is now under my house a year later working. Then we had another heavy rain and you called back again and said that the pump was not working and you took it upon yourself to take the pump out and that you wanted me to refund your money. So at that point, You and I agreed that I would refund your the cost of the original pump and that you would leave the small pump on your front porch so Scott could pick it up the following day. I sent Scott out there the next day to pick up the pump. There was no pump. I left you two messages and told you that I would send him out again the next day . I called you the next day while Scott was sitting in your driveway. There was no pump, no answer and no more phone calls from you.WOW!!! Here it is a year later and you leave this review calling us CROOKS AND LIARS. We take that very personal because we work to have reputation that we have and we strive to make every customer happy. We went to your house a half a dozen times and went out of our way and bent over backwards to try and satisfy you. I can see from you other review Im not the only person that you have problems with.I know that there would be no ALL ABOUT PLUMBING without my great customers. If you would have just picked up the phone a year ago AAP would have warrantied your toilet and gave you the money on the pump.Instead you choose to attack me and my guys reputation on Kudzu.
I had a simple hose bib that was leaking but I was worried about replacing it. I had another company out contracted by American Home Shield (Rayburn+Rayburn). They supposedly tightened the "cap" to stop the leak. It still leaked afterwards. Then I contacted All About Plumbing. The guy came out late (truck broke down earlier in day) but he found the bib was a full turn loose. After tightening it (a full turn), it never leaked since. He also promised that if it did leak and they had to replace the whole bib, that he would only charge for parts (about $62), not labor or any other charges. He confirmed this with his boss. Their ethic is "If we misdiagnosed the problem, you shouldn't have to pay for our mistake". I like that. What I also liked is that I also got an estimate for a somewhat complicated (for me at least) replacement of a garden bath faucet assembly. If I buy the faucet assembly, they will install for $85 an hour with no extra fees and the job should be less than 2 hours. This is GREAT! compared to Rayburn who wanted over $600 for the same job. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

I contacted Ken, the owner, first thing this morning about a plumbing problem I was experiencing. Ken took the time to speak with me and explain the potential causes of the problem I was describing. An employee was dispatched and arrived within about an hour and a half of my requesting service. The service person, Jack, was polite, professional, clear in his explaining the results of his diagnosis and what it would take to fix the problem. After the repair was completed, Jack then cleaned up the water/soil left in the work area from the work performed, leaving my home neat and clean. SO PLEASED TO HAVE SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH AN OBVIOUSLY PROFESSIONALLY RUN COMPANY. Would most definitely do business with again and would recommend to others. 12-11-07 How many plumbers do you know that answer their phone IMMEDIATELY on Saturday AND the owner shows up PERSONNALLY within 30 MINUTES to assess the problem? I had a hot water heater leak on a Saturday. Ken the owner walked me through shutting off the water and provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the job, which was not simple. Ken himself did the work with a helper, which included cutting through paneling to install the new heater AND replacing woodwork that was bad and putting the paneling back in place. How refreshing to do business with a company that provides professional, courteous service ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! Will definitely be back again and highly recommend to others.

We woke up in the middle of the night and heard water running. We then discovered that we had a water leak in the line running from the street to the house so it was our problem. We called All About Plumbing and they were there that day to help resolve the problem. At all times the were polite, informative and very professional. Their estimate was right-on-the-money and we were extremely pleased. I would use them at any time and think they are the best we have ever used. If you try them, you will not be disappointed.
