We have used AAP for 3 jobs now, and were really satisfied with the work done on everything. Scott recommended cost saving tips where he could, was very professional, and was always upfront and honest about cost of labor and materials. Ken even took my last call while he was in a crawl space under a house. They were able to fix 3 major "doityourselfgonewrong" projects right away. I wish I had started with them in the first place.

after my main sewerline clogged up and i had raw sewage flooding my basement i called a company to come out. well the plumber informed me of my problem and said he could run his snake and try to unstop the clogg well after he said he couldnt get the clogg unstoped he then told me they would have to dig up my yard and put in a new line and gave me a price for over $3,000 dollars . i told him we would get a few estimates and give them a call back.so i called all about plumbing and jack came out .i asked jack to give me a estimate on our main sewerline replacement .jack then told me he would like to try to unstop the clogg first to try and save us alot of money .well jack ran his snake that he had on his van and had our sewerline unclogged and working perfect in less than 30 minutes .jack then informed me that either the other plumber i called didnt have the right tools for the job or that he was trying to take advantage of the situation by telling me i had to have a new sewerline put in.im just so glad that i called all about plumbing because if it was not for them i would have made a $3,000 dollar mistake.thanks jack and all about plumbing for being so honest. i will definatly call them in the future.

Below is review from '07. NOW: 1st used their Service '07 for a main Sewage pipe leak into kitchen. He was here in 5 min. and fixed it inside wall for 1/2 what other Co's wanted. Even cleaned up mess & fixed cutout! Last week leak in washroom he was here in 30 min & fixed it for a song. CALL HERE 1ST OR you only have yourself to blame for the hassle, wait and extra money you waste on other companies. I WOULD NEVER CALL ANYONE ELSE. I have never said that about any other service company before.

I had to have a gas line moved. Many plumbers did not want to do the job. I spoke to Ken, owner, and he left me feeling that would have know trouble moving it. Scott came today and did an excellant job! He was on-time, couteous and even cleaned up the job site. I would highly recommend them to anyone and plan to spread the word.

As a General Contractor we have worked with our share of plumbers. I was very pleased with the turn around time with this job. I called this morning and the job was finished before noon! Ken is so knowlegable about the work being performed and Scott was punctual and efficent. We look forward to working with these guys in the future as well. The service was great.

4/3/07...On Friday, March 30, 2007 I called All About Plumbing and spoke with Ken. I requested a tech to come to my home and fix a garbage disposal, leaky kitchen & bathroom sinks. Ken made an appointment for today, April 3 at 8:00am which was a perfect time. Jack arrived on time, advised me of the problem, and gave me an estimate for the repairs. Jack had to go purchase a new garbage disposal and when he returned he completed all the work within 2 hours. Jack left my kitchen and bathroom clean, no mess to clean up. From the initial phone call to the finished job, I was very impressed with both guys. They have personable and professional attitudes and do great work. The Sampler Family

My cast iron sewer line needed replacement due to overgrown roots and on-going back-up problems. I hired a well-known national plumber (to remain nameless) to replace the sewer line. The plumber I hired dug the hole, put the PVC pipe in and left the hole open several days and did not respond to my calls when they were going to come back and fill the hole. Ken Buckman from All About Plumbing noticed that my yard had been a mess for a while, in addition to noticing that the pipe was not installed correctly, among other major problems with the job that was half completed by the "well-known" plumber. An inspection proved that Ken was correct so I terminated my service with the "well known" plumber who I had already given a large deposit to. Ken and his crew from All About Plumbing were at my house the same afternoon working tirelessly to fix the problems caused by the previous plumber. Ken and his crew had to remove the PVC pipe installed and re-install it correctly so that it wasn't back-pitched. In addition, Ken and his crew replaced the shotty material used on my water line and fixed my sidewalk which the "well-known" plumber had destroyed and did not intend to fix as part of their job. Ken and his crew were very professional and did an absolute tremendous job on my sewer and waterline. Not only did they properly replace the sewer and waterline, they saved me from future problems by fixing someone else's job. Thanks Ken for Your Honest Hard Work!

We were in a bind with a clogged drain, All About Plumbing was quick to respond and serviced condos (which is something to ask). When the plumber arrived, he was courteous and professional - while accurately assessing the job. He came up with the most cost-effective way to fix our problem. What could have been a $1,000 job ended up being around 1/3 of that. Thanks!

Who would have thought we'd have a pipe burst in our front yard on New Years Day? Well, we called at least 5 plumbers, and the only one that called us back was Ken, and he agreed to come the very next morning at 8 am to fix it. They were out there for at least 5 hours replacing a section of our pipes, and his price was reasonable. Thank you for being responsive and honest - we appreciate it!

We had a pipe burst in our front yard and water was everywhere. We were without water and a sick child at home. I called Ken at All About Plumbing in a panic and he was there that day as promised. The work was completed the next day and we got our water back on without delay. The job was professional as was Ken and his staff. All About plumbing was All About Service, All About getting the job done and All About having a fair price. Thanks Ken!

My tub clogged on 11/28 and I called All About Plumbing to see when they could be here. Not only were they here within an hour of my call, but they charged about 25% less than one of the big national chains. Jack even braved my basement to crawl up under the house and figure out where the problem was instead of just treating the symptom. During a follow up on 12/20 Jack again gave prompt and thoroughly satisfactory service. He explained the pipes again and set me up with the terminology and details I would need to convey the situation to my landlord. When you receive this kind of top notch service, it stands in such stark contrast to the norm, which today seems to be rude, incompetent customer service (when there's any at all!) and poor workmanship with a sole focus on the bottom line. As a fellow small and family-run business owner, I appreciate what Jack and All About Plumbing are doing in the community. Thank you!
