I have been going to this vet for 13 years. I've noticed in the last year or more that the office staff have become very rude most of the time. The worst is when you call with a question after making several trips into the office for a problem & they never really want to answer the question - they want you to come in to spend another minimum $50 for an office visit. Even my own MD will answer questions for me to save another visit if possible. I am seriously considering leaving them after all this time because I feel I am not getting the service I pay for. To sum it all up it really does matter how a person is treated when receiving customer service & this place just doesn't have it anymore.

Dr. Heaton was recommended to me by a member of my son-in-law's family about 7 years ago. He has seen us through many situations with our large pet family. He always gives us options and gives us all the info surrounding each of the options. I never feel he is "pushing" anything on us. His Assistant, Cindy, is also awesome. She is very professional, very caring and very compassionate. I feel as if our precious pets are in very good hands with the two of them. The Hawkins Family Roseville

My roommate has been using this vet for years and my neighbor. My dog accidentally got out and ended up at their facility. They were the nicest people and so caring about my dog that I have decided to switch vets. In addition their rates were a lot less then my current vet.
