I have used them for a few years now and have recently fired (Sept 2010) them for missing yet another scheduled appointment. They don't seem to care about the customer's time and how valuable it is to us.

Be careful when dealing with All American. They will "bait and switch" their terms. Linda that answers the phones is very rude and basically told us that the terms are in black and white despite the terms not being what we discussed. They will also make you sign a year contract. Be sure to read the fine print. When 1 year is up we will be back to Arrow - dependable, reliable and they mean what they say.
