Great company. Used them for years now. Very fair. Good work. Good prices. They will let you know when it is better to replace an item vs have them repair.

We have used All Area Appliance for several years to service various appliances. I could not be more pleased with the service we receive each visit. Tony is a fantastic and knowledgable technician who gets it right every time. I would highly recommend calling All Area for your appliance needs. Quick response time and fair pricing.

Was experiencing some problems with my refrigerator. Eric came and serviced it. The service was timely, professional, and most of all, I was not overcharged. The total repair cost was fair and very affordable. Its been over 30 days now, and so far, no problems with the refrigerator. Would definitely recommend.

The mother board on my 4 year old dishwasher fried. Tony came out the next day. On time and with a smile. He replaced the part the same day and also fixed an installation error the original installer had made. Friendly, good, quality service and a nice person all around. I would recommend this company any time. Every time.

Tony has helped us repair our fridge and our dishwasher. Each time he shows up when promised and is able to quickly resolve our problem. He's my go-to guy for appliance repair. I definitely recommend his services.

While we had used this group in the past with great results from their technicians, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service from one of the owners, Carrie, on this attempt to use them. So much so that I told her I would no longer be using their company. After scheduling an appointment to repair an appliance, no one arrived as planned. I called the next morning to find out what happened, and they had the wrong phone number and address, although I had confirmed both when booking the appointment and they have visited us several times in the past. While I would have been fine with chalking up the mistake, the attitude that I received from Carrie was such that I felt I needed an explanation of why I was being treated with an attitude. Instead of an apology for the mistake, I was told that it was not their fault as it was what they had in their system. I felt that if one of the owners would have such a lack of concern for how they treated a customer over something so small, that I couldn't expect customer service if I had a real issue.

This customer called this am about an appointment scheduled yesterday early afternoon. I advised my technician and I had both tried to reach her at the phone number provided. She immediately demanded to know in an extremely sharp manner, "WHAT NUMBER?" while I was accessing our dispatch information I explained we needed to get contact because the address did not GPS and the technician needed directions. She immediately demanded to know, "What phone number?" and once I accessed our dispatch I verified the phone number we had was incorrect and asked what time someone was available today so we could possibly reschedule since I was not advised of the problem yesterday. She was immediately hostile and advised me she was, "violently ill yesterday and not available until this morning to call." While I understand the frustrations that come with not feeling well, I was not at all rude or loud and it was quite obvious from the beginning of the conversation that I was going to be targeted for her grief. From a customer service standpoint, I explained why we could not be there yesterday, I immediately verified the problem based on dispatch records and I attempted to reschedule the appointment despite being booked for the day. I understand that not feeling well impacts our behavior but there is nothing I can do about this customer having the flu and most of our customers reschedule their appointments when they have the flu and would not have wanted to subject a repairman to the illness.
Just had our second appliance go out in 3 weeks. No worries, AAA takes care of it always. Quick, dependable, competent, affordable repair. Shout out to Tony for oven repair!

All of my appliances (Freezer, Oven, Garbage Disposal, & Dishwasher) decided to have some type of issue at the same time. I called and was scheduled for same day service. In walks Tony, he was truly a lifesaver. He managed to diagnose & fix all the appliances in under 2 hours. I didn't have to wait on parts to be ordered or schedule another appointment since he somehow had everything in his vehicle. He also provided additional tips in relation to optimize the appliances which was very handy. All Area is officially my recommended/preferred appliance repair company!!

My 2 year old washer was making loud noise. Called Sears (never again!) and the guy never lifted the machine and tells me that it will cost $550. That is almost as much as I paid for the washer. They charged $80 service fee for that! My mother in law told me to call All Area Appliances and Tony came to the rescue. He lifted the machine and explained to me what happened and fixed it in less than 10 minutes and the total came to $160! LOVE IT! Seriously, you can't go wrong. Fan for life!

I did my research when looking for an appliance company to fix my whirlpool fridge that had stopped cooling. I read through all sorts of Kudzu reviews for appliance companies and ended up going with All Area Appliance. I read through reviews back to 2011 and looked at all the good and bad. As always, I had hesitations about hiring a company I didn't know, but the good reviews definitely outweighed the (very few) complaints. I am so glad I decided to go with this company. Eric showed up at the beginning of the window we were given. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was friendly, polite, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing. Pricing was fair for labor and replacing a part and I used a kudzu coupon. For less than $200 I have a working refrigerator where other companies wanted to charge me more than 100 to just come out. I would highly recommend using this company and I will definitely be calling them for all future appliance issues.

I've used All Area Appliances a few times with mixed results. The first time they came to check out my dishwasher, which had suddenly stopped working, and the repairman told me that it would be cheaper to buy a new one than to fix the existing one. I appreciated his honesty and we only had to pay the $45 service call fee. The second time they fixed our icemaker - everything went well, although it was a little pricey ($200+). The third time the repairman came to look at my washing machine that was leaking. He couldn't diagnose the problem and suggested I call a plumber. But while he was there, he noticed the knob had fallen off the dryer and asked if I'd like it fixed. I said sure, thinking it would be a quick and easy task. He completed the work and then charged me $103.69. This is apparently their minimum labor charge. Yes, I probably should have asked the cost before I gave my authorization to do work, but I feel he should have told me. Now it's six weeks later and the knob has fallen off again. I called, and they will not repair it for free because they only guarantee their work for 30 days. I am very upset that I paid over $100 for a knob to be put back on and they didn't even do it properly. Overall, I would not recommend them. They were convenient to schedule, but I think they're too expensive and won't stand by their work. Update: To the owner's response, I was told I would be charged for the evaluation visit, which is why I refused it.

If we had not properly installed the dryer knob it wouldn't have worked for 6 weeks. I can understand the frustration of a landlord who has a tenant that abuses their property but blaming the repair company for the tenant's abuse is unfair. When I spoke to this customer I told her I couldn't guarantee without putting eyes on the unit and evaluating the problem that there would not be a charge and she refused to even have my technician come out without my guarantee three would not be a charge. This is in my opinion unreasonable. I have no way to know what may be broken on this dryer without my technician evaluating it and I would have been glad to send him out to look at it at no charge I just couldn't guarantee it would be repaired at no charge without confirmation of the problem. I tried to explain the switch that works in combination with the knob can strip out and there may be parts that needed to be replaced....parts we hadn't replaced or warrantied. We absolutely do stand by our work but cannot be held accountable for repairs not under warranty, parts that haven't been replaced or warrantied by our company and tenants that abuse appliances. We make every effort to accommodate our customers but we do have to be given an opportunity to evaluate an appliance. UPDATE: We record our phone calls and my statement stands. The customer was told the first phone call that we were more than willing to come out at no charge but could not guarantee a repair at no charge without evaluating the appliance. The second phone call from this customer's husband, the husband scheduled an appointment then cancelled because it wasn't worth his time. Again, our phone calls are recorded and I will seek legal reparations for any character defamation.
I needed my garbage disposal repaired. I spoke with a nice lady to schedule the appointment, and to my surprise, she scheduled someone to come out early the next morning, which was to be a frigid day at something like 6 degrees, not including the extremely low windchill factor. Eric arrived on time, fixed my garbage disposal in no time, and gave me some great advice on how to keep it running smoothly. He offered to upgrade my garbage disposal to a more powerful one, but did not pressure me to do so in any way. While I was not ready at this time to do the upgrade, I will not hesitate to call All Area back to do so when I am ready. Eric was very professional and friendly. All around great experience after trying to get so many other companies to come address the problem. Many thanks!!
