We had a terrible experience with All Area Appliance. They did not admit to not understanding the mechanics of our built-in refrigerator, and then charged us hundreds of dollars only to tell us it was unrepairable. We finally hired someone else who fixed it, and it has been running fine ever since. Additionally, Carrie, the office administrator, was rude and unprofessional when questioned as to why we had spent so much with no results. Very frustrating!

I answer the phones and dispatch calls and I have no recollection of any complaints about a built in refrigerator. I make every effort to reply to any negative reviews so I poured over my invoices for customers with the name LauriP and 6 months ago we did have a complaint about a KTA built in. I tried to call the customer to verify if she did in fact post this review because again the service was perfomed six months ago and she did not answer or return my call. The sitation was my technician was called about a leak and she was advised she had two problems, one with the icemaker valve and another problem with the cooling and sealed system. Sealed system work for built in refrigerators is specialized work so we dispatched a second technician who typically repairs the sealed systems and he advised this customer she needed an evaporator coil but that the unit could be recharged with freon as a temporary repair. The customer declined the evaporator coil repair. Her husband later called in to complain and during that conversation he admitted that Kitchenaid warranty service came out and confirmed the unit needed an evaporator coil replacement. I advised him the signed invoice clearly stated the refrigerator needed an evaporator coil and the freon repair was an "as is" repair with no warranty. In an effort to satisfy this customer we issued a full refund for the freon repair despite the fact there was no warranty and the diagnosis was correct. I make every effort to provide quality service but sometimes customers can just be unreasonable. I simply cannot understand why someone would wait 6 months to post a review and if I have made an error and this review is not in reference to the sitation I have described then I urge this customer to contact the office to discuss as I have no knowledge of the situation.
My dryer was not drying. I called All Area Appliances listed on Kudzu who gave me a time frame the very same day and Tony met it. What a pleasant surprise! Tony was my repair person who knew exactly the problem after looking over the situation. He repaired my dryer as well as give me information about why I had a problem. I shall easily recommend him and company to all my friends. If all their people are as good, you cannot go wrong with this company.

Our fridge stopped cooling, so we called AAAS. David came out on time and added some Freon. A couple of days later, the freezer was still above freezing, so I called AAAS. David came out again the next day and added more Freon. He called early the next morning to see if that did the trick just as I was checking the temp of the fridge. Well, the poor thing had completely died overnight (it was a `95). David said they would credit me the money paid (minus the Freon charge), which they promptly did. Overall great experience. I'll hopefully never need them again. But, if I do I'll certainly give them a call.

Tony and Eric provided excellent service on my washing machine. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. This was my first time using them and I will definitely use them again.

David came out a couple times, but didn't completely fix the problem with our dryer. Tony finally fixed the problem and was very professional, apologetic and didn't charge us for the part or his service call. I would definitely use this company again for my future needs.

This was the only place I found that was able to fix my disposal/washer/sink on short notice. They were prompt, thorough, and affordable - and Tony, the repair professional that came to my house, explained in detail what had happened and how to prevent future damage. I wish every repair was this painless!

Tony came out and replaced the Ice Maker module in our office fridge. He was here very quickly and it did not take any time at all to complete the work.He was also very informative about how to best maintain the fridge to prolong the life.

Our repair man Tony was prompt, courteous and saved me $100 with a web coupon I didn't know about! He made sure my cats didn't get injured when working with live electricity on my oven. I would certainly use All Area Appliance again.

Tony came to the rescue. He fixed my dryer in less than 20 minutes and offered a reasonable fee. I would recommend All Area Appliances to my friends who need general repair. Robert K

I love All Area Appliance! We've used them for multiple repairs and they are always friendly and professional and can usually come out the day I call. The price is always resonable.
