Tony came out and really did a great job on our dishwasher. We thought it was a major issue, but just turned out to be a couple of pieces of grape stem caught in the motor housing. That could have easily been made out to be a bigger deal, but Tony was honest and fixed what needed fixing and no more. I highly recommend All Area.

I want to thank you Tony for the phenomenal service that he provided me today when repairing my LG washer. He created a major impression of the commitment that All Area Appliance strives to provide. Prior to my home visit, Tony called to let me know that he would be at the house within 45 minutes. He then walked me through what was wrong with the washer and the amount that it would be to fix the washer. He even had the part on his truck, so I didn't have to wait a week for the part to ship.

Tony did a great job repairing my dishwasher quickly and easily. The final cost even turned out to be less than the initial estimate, which was a nice surprise. There was no up-sell on unnecessary repairs or parts. I have also used All Area Appliance Service for washing machine repair with the same positive results and would call them again anytime.

Amazing! Owner responded to my bad review and that proves what type of company she is. If you read enough reviews then you will see the same complaints. Check out yelp too, AAAS has the same complaints on there too. Just be careful with this company. Not sure why she did ask for the owner of our company if she knew how to find it. Both people the AAAS owner spoke to at our company was the office manager and the executive assistant of the owner. We both understood the situation and handled it as any company would. AAAS is missing the point of my complaint. It is not about the $40, it's about dishonesty and being rude when doing business. Stating that we are a multi million dollar company is irrelevant. I chose to use my own card, bonus points with discover. We spent $251 and was only told that the service call would be 39.95, not each appliance. I would not question a charge I was made aware of. The repair was a 30 min job with a part that cost no more than $70 Im sure. Correction I never tried to use two coupons. I only asked about the two different kinds i was looking at on the website. Big difference. I never called to argue, only to ask about the extra charge. The argumentative tone only came after the rudeness of the owner and her arguing with me.

I advised this customer BEFORE scheduling the appointment of the higher service call rate for EACH appliance. I advised her she could only use one coupon per service visit....not that there one service call per service visit. Once my technician got there and after he checked both appliances and repaired one of them with her approval, she refused to pay the bill for either appliance on the premise that other vendors would not have charged a service call for each appliance. Again I clarified all charges and coupons prior to scheduling the appointment. Did my technician insist this customer pay for services rendered...yes he did. When she contacted the office I advised her she was given all the pricing information upfront and did I insist she pay for services rendered...yes. Is insisting to get paid for services rendered argumentative and rude...not in my opinion and All Area Appliance was certainly not dishonest. Being dishonest is refusing to pay for services rendered. In an effort to diffuse the situation I advised my technician to collect payment for the repair only and that I would contact the owner of the company later to discuss the unpaid service call. The appliances in question are appliances in a break room at what is supposed to be a multi-million dollar real estate investment company. I did in fact contact the office once the technician left to speak to the owner about their office staff and both receptionists refused to let me speak to the owner, in fact they refused to even give me the owners name. I have contacted the owner via email and received no response. I respond to any negative reviews and if you read them the trend you will see is that I tried to resolve the issue and the customer was just unreasonable and determined to post a negative review regardless of what we did. Our positive reviews far outweigh our negative reviews and there are always customers who will expect unreasonable demands....such as FREE services or the threat of a negative review. Of course in this situation the customer got FREE services and still posted a negative review.
Tony from All Area Appliance came out today to find out what was wrong with our dryer. He was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed my problem as a broken knob. Tony was great and so was AAA service. A few days prior I'd had another company to come out to look at the dryer. Vic the technician said the part would be $200 to fix. This was after I'd seen him turn the knob pin with his wrench and make it work. He said it was the heating element. This of course was AFTER he'd closed the door to my laundry room and messed with my dryer. So guess what...it didn't work after he came back out of the laundry room. It turns out that the company has multiple #s, addresses, and websites that all lead to the same person answering the phones. The company is B and Bee Inc and the Better Business Bureau website lists all of their multiple websites and deceptive advertising techniques. When I asked for a refund from B&Bee for the part I ordered and didn't need they hung up on me. They were incredibly rude when I asked any questions. I highly recommend the honest people at All Area Appliance. They were wonderful to work with, but I'd never recommend anyone use B & Bee if you want your appliance to actually get fixed.

My dishwasher needed a new pump. The "other guys" said it was on back order and still waiting after 2 weeks. I called All Area Appliance Service who had the pump and installed it the next day and it only took 30 minutes. Tony was courteous and informative. I made sure to get a company refrigerator magnet so I'll know who to call in the future.

They had service slots available the same day and the technician, Eric, came out to service my Maytag refrigerator that was warming up randomly. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He figured out the issue quickly and had to order the part that had gone bad. He offered to come back later the same day with the part or early the next morning which was better for me. The part was replaced quickly and during the scheduled two hour window at a reasonable cost; I will definitely use All Area Appliance Service for future appliance issues.

We LOVE this company!!! Tony repaired our refrigerator in record time, giving us a step-by-step explanation while he did so. We will never let another technician TOUCH our appliances! And he gave wonderful anecdotes about marriage and love. Our 19 years of marriage hold nothing to his 27 - his wife has done really good!!! All Area Appliances have the best technicians who arrive when they say they will, are actually prepared with replacement parts and are wonderful people!!! THEY ROCK!!!

Our refrigerator stopped working a few days before Thanksgiving-thankfully before I'd done the grocery shopping. I called All Area Appliance based on their Kudzu rating and Nick called before arriving, was able to diagnose the problem and install the part within a few hours. Highly recommend them.

I called Friday afternoon and spoke immediately to a friendly lady. She stated they had an opening on Saturday. The dryer in my rental property had gone out and I knew my tenant would appreciate the quick turn around. Tony came out on Saturday called both myself and the tenant when he was on the way. My dryer needed a new heating element. Tony had it fixed quickly and the price was fair. I was not charged a service fee even though they came out on the weekend. Wow!

Tony was timely for our appointment, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the needed part with him so we could use our washing machine right away! Thanks!

I called this morning when my Kenmore washing machine stopped draining. Tony was here within a couple of hours and completed the work very quickly. It was done within the price range I was quoted when I called and the work seems to have been done right. I would definitely call them again if I had any other appliance issues.
