We had to replace our washer/dryer two years ago after one too many service calls that ended in no result and lots of wasted $. Because of that, we got an appliance repair plan so we wouldn't have to shell out that kind of $ again. That'd be a different review, so to the issue at hand maybe we've got some kind of invisible, dark appliance cloud on us, but this company is the second one I've called, and called, and waited for, with no response. I called them because of their high ratings, but that was not my experience, unfortunately. We were called this morning and told the tech, Brian, would be here in 1hr (11:45am). The expected time was 10-1. The straight-to-voicemail calls we made started at 11:30.

I appreciate their honesty and the way they handled the service call. They told me that they would diagnose my oven but if I needed to many parts replaced it would be best to just buy a new oven. They didn't want me to spend more than I should, how honest of them? In the end I did get a new oven from Bosch but I know who to call if any other of my appliances break down.
