I took my collie here a year and a half ago for a haircut. While at the facility, she injured her ankle. Sure, their vet did her initial treatment for free, but the injury has caused permanent damage. She has trouble with stairs and walks with a limp. Sometimes, her ankle swells again and I have to pay for anti-inflammatory medications. They said it was her fault she got injured. She was fine when they put her in the cage, and when they got her out she was limping. She's a rough collie. She gets groomed regularly, and has never before, or since, been injured by being in a cage, so I'm honestly not sure whether or not believe them. Bottom line is that she was permanently disabled by a trip to this facility, and we'll never use them again.

Previously happy with allbreed. The last time we were there, a lady had us sign a form, releasing allbreed of all liabilities, if pet was injured or died while in their care. This did not seem right. This is why we went to another vet, and groomers. My first review was a 5 star...with Heidle in charge.

Dog was very matted and looked horrible. She's very timid. They groomed her and she looked great, with no mats! She smelled great, not that "dog groomer" fake cookie smell! Price is very reasonable, not the cheapest but definitely not expensive. Well worth the $5-$10 extra!!
