You guys are the best! Hands down! Your customer service, on time appointments and lack of taking advantage of people means so much in today's world! You say and do what you mean and you mean what you do! And do it fairly! Please don't ever change your business values! Oh and BTW they do really good work!

Recently I needed to have a couple of leaking faucets repaired in my home. I called All City because I had used them before and they were great. They always show up on time ready to go. The first faucet only needed a gasket changed but I didn't know that. Brian, the owner, actually changed it and didn't charge for it. The other faucet needed to be replaced. I bought another, and they came back and changed it for a reasonable price. All City Plumbing provides quality service at great prices! I say give them a try. They won't disappoint!

Provided quick service to replace a water line, but left without inspection to ensure proper functioning. When I pointed out the pressure seemed unusually low, they failed to diagnose the problem correctly. They forgot to turn on the water heater before they left, which meant cold showers. When they left, the shut off valve inside the house didn't work; they returned and cut part of the pipe revealing a clog that occurred when they replaced the line - this had caused the pressure drop. They were kind enough to replace this valve at no charge. Brian was also kind enough to replace a plastic cap in the front yard. During a follow up visit, they opened a valve to a spigot. Now, the spigot drips when the valve is closed, and they want $150 replace the valve that didn't drip before. I understand that valves wear out, but $150 for 30 minutes seems like too much - especially after $1100 for 4 hours to replace a water line and several inconveniences to me. That valve could be clogged from the line replacement just like the other one was. Nice people, but overall a disappointing experience.

They were able to come out, find the leaky pipe in our front yard, and repair same day. Good efficient service and knowledgeable workers. Not the least expensive up front but the fastest and worked with us on pricing. Recommend highly!

I recently called All City Plumbing to repair a leak to my existing water heater, and my service was promptly scheduled the same day. The plumber patiently diagnosed the issue and explained several options, including an upgrade to a more efficient, tankless water heater. After providing a written estimate, I made the decision to upgrade to a Rianni tankless. All City Plumbing installed the water heater for the best price in town, and am extremely pleased with the results.

I recently had a problem with roots growing through my sewer line. After receiving numerous estimates, I had the good fortune of contacting All City Plumbing where they were able to beat the next best price by a significant amount of money. They showed up on time, completed the job quickly and thoroughly, and I have not had any issues since. Would definitely use them again as the service was outstanding.
