If Frigidaire tries to send you to these guys, call them back and insist on someone else. Or just throw the refrigerator away, which would be easier than dealing with All County. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My original appointment was from 9-1, they came at 5, after calling a couple of times after 1 saying they were about 30 minutes away. Then... he came back, the appointment was from 12-3, again he came at 5 and didn't fix it - because he originally misdiagnosed the problem. Once again, I had an appointment from 12-3, this time he came at 6, and not only did he not fix the range on this 3rd trip, but he also didn't put all of the screws back in the range. Next appointment I was told the repairman would come at 5, no one ever showed or called to say they were not coming. EIGHT WEEKS LATER, I had to call them to find out when the repairman was coming back. Now I have an appointment scheduled on Saturday from 12-3. I won't hold my breath. Stay far away from these folks. I'm going to call Frigidaire and complain.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

By far the worst service I have ever received. My Fridge-A-don't has been broken since May 9th...It's July 5th. Three miss diagnosis, light bulbs broken by their service person put back in my fridge. Office personel nice but their lack of follow through is epic. Parts that I can go out right now and buy takes them weeks to receive. They are a joke and only in business because they work warranty work.
This company is terrible! Not one but two no show service calls. I was referred to this company by Electrolux and will be sending them a letter to have them removed from the referral. Repair started 4/2012 last no show visit was 6/21/2012. Dishwasher still not repaired. They will tell you part is back ordered - Electrolux told me part needed was not on back order. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait months to have your appliance fixed, not have calls returned and be very frustrated
After reading the other comments I was skeptical about using All County. However, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and hope for the best. Well, to say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The service was great. The office always called the day before to confirm the next day's appointment and also called the day of to confirm that the tech was on the way. Ron William, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, well dressed, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.
Referred by frigidaire c/s for repair of refrigerator. Technician did not come during scheduled time and had to call office and complain. When technician finally came he stated we needed a part, had to go to office to pick up and will be back later on that night. Came back with the part, was only there 5 min then left. Next day refigerator was not working. Called the office early in the morning advised of issue stated tech would come during a scheduled time. Guess what? The tech did not show up. Called back again and left msg. Office receptionist called back an hour later stated technician was on the way. As I am writing this post still not here! Called frigidaire to file complaint. Was charged a service fee and labor.. I need to write a check to myself b/c it is labor trying to get this company to do what they promised. .
These people came out on july 27, 2011 to fix my refridge, charged me two hundred and something dollars and im still waiting to this day for it to be fixed. The supose to be owner Juanita will tell lies like she's trying to help you but really she is not. Please find someone else to do a better job. These people are rip offs.
This company made their first visit on May 13, 2011 to repair my Frididaire stove. The serviceman, Ron, called me "babe" that day (nice touch) and charged me for service and a hugely expensive part (a new board). Apparently, Ron couldn't find the model and serial no. on my stove and they didn't order the part until the following week when I called to confirm the date scheduled for the repair to be completed. Then I waited and waited--they finally came to complete the repair. HOWEVER, the repairman left with the stove giving the same error code. Then, I called back and they returned on June 9, June 21, and FINALLY June 25. I've had to fight with them the entire time--I've been stood up for appointments. I've been treated rudely. They haven't returned my phone calls. I've spent over 15 hours waiting for them at home. So, on June 25, they finally take my stove in to the shop to repair. (Despite being listed on the Frigidaire customer support website--they had NO IDEA how to fix it.) They did leave me with a really, really cheap and poor-functioning stove as a substitute. It would have been a nice accommodation but for the deficent service prior to and subsequent to that day. It is August 9, 2011. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY STOVE BACK! THEY ONLY CALLED TO SCHEDULE A REPAIR--FOR A WEEK LATER! This offer to return my stove was only made after I explained that I planned to take them to small claims court to recover my lost income, cost of repair, and oven. Stay away!
I was referred to them on a Preferred Service Plan by the maker of my refrigerator. I called them after the top vendor was booked for the next two weeks. I should have realized this company was terrible after they had a next day appointment available! They provided me a 9am-Noon timeframe, so i took the morning off from work. At 10:30am I touched base with their dispatch. She said the serviceman would absolutely call 30 minutes prior and would absolutely arrive by noon. At 12:30 I phoned the dispatch once again. This conversation, she offered me that the serviceman was runngin behind, but would be arriving shortly. At 1:30pm I recieved a call from the serviceman; he was an hour away!! Unfortunately, I couldnt wait around any longer and had to head to the office. I called the dispatch and begrudgingly asked to reschedule for another day. She apologized and promised me the first appointment on a Friday morning, and gave me a time frame of 9-10am two days later. On Friday morning, I again take off work to wait for the serviceman. Once again, I recieve no call and no one shows during the given time frame. At 10:30am I call the dispatch. A different person answers and says he has zero knowledge of my appointment!! He then puts me on hold for five minutes. When he returns, he states that he believes my appointment was cancelled!! I ask him what happened and he said he wasnt sure and couldnt help me. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!
Needed a window to show up 9-12 was given, never showed. I called will be 30 minutes late ie: 12:30...never showed. I called AGAIN, dispatch could not get tech to answer phone. Dispatch will call me back. Hey it is now 1:30pm and still no show. Tech calls and asked me what street I lived on ....HUH ! You have my address. Tech says he will be there in a couple of minutes..30 minutes later, still not here. This is warranty work, so I am stuck with the cost of repairs myself. I will let Manufacturer know of the poor svc organization they have trusted their repairs too. Hardly anything listed about this company good. I hear the owner is Mark Williams. Mr. Williams I hope you read about your business here. Cold day in H377 before I spend a dime with you. If they don't fix when or maybe IF they show up, then I will bite the bullet and call my trusted and on time orgainzation of AAA Appliance Repair...they show up when they say they will. I have now spent 5 hours waiting for a call when I was given a 3 hours window. TICKED !!!!! They showed up and started making excuses that they could not call me as they were busy, the office should. How does the office know you are not here sir if you are too busy to let them know. WHAT A GOOF BALL ORGANIZATION. 5 mins here, in and out, still broken, need a part, the manufacturer will send it direct to me. Simple install..not a snow ball chance in H377 that I will call them back to install. I will not let Magic Chef know of this
This company is not only unreliable but also the staff is completely rude. Don't be fooled! They are nice and very helpful to get your business but as soon as they get paid they are no longer available. They have came out to fix my microwave twice. Now three weeks later I still do not have a working microwave. When the worker came he was not prepared and my husband had to help him. On the second trip I had to set up the appointment on a day my husband was home to help him lift it again. Now they are not returning my phone calls. I guess Frigidaire has paid them for the services and my business is no longer a concern to them. I have been working in customer relations for the last 10 years and I'm appalled with their tactics in cheating the system. I wish a had done a little more research before calling these jokers. I have never received such poor customer service. I would have given zero stars if it was an option!
I wish more business would treat their coustomers this way...genuine and with respect. I am a worrywart and even though I will say I was a little wary when they came in my mind was soon changed. The tech was kind treated my home like it was own (which I am guessing is very good) and made fixing my wahing machine look easy... If anyone is looking for a good business this is the one to choose.
Awesome...need i say more. i have no clue what these people are talking about. My problem was that i personally had to reschedule one time and it tool them a little to long to get me another date but after that it was smooth sailing.
Honestly not all these reviews are right. I had a dishwasher installed by one of the technicans the day before Thanksgiving, and they proved to me that they can do the job. They came out immediatly and instead of having to handwash and cook I got my dishwasher back easy as cake. They were nice and open and one of the few people that actually open when you really need them. I would recomned them to any one that has a problem that needs to be fixed fast.
Not the best on the market but well organized. I wouldn't exactly agree with all these comments. The techs were dressed and presented themselves well. First time I've seen a tech in a tie to fix something, quite original. They were on time and gladly the did not waste my whole day with giving me random times they couldn't keep. The office workers were sweet and helped make the expericence a good one. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do I'll be sure to contact them.
