Went there for a regular check up and the pet was deceased after dropped off. Horrible service And still made the bill due when it was their fault. unreliable establishment and I would sue if I had a lawyer.

My first visit with my dog was so great that I decided to bring my cat as well. I really enjoyed my visit here and so did my dog. We'll see how the cat does. The staff is great and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

Love This Place! The staff here are so caring and always make my bird feel at home. Dr. Akins is so knowledgeable and informative, and she always answers any questions I may have. She truly cares about her animals. Would recommend this place to all animal owners.

My 13-year-old bunny has taken to developing dental spurs in his old age. This is the second time he's seen Dr. Michael Akins for this problem. The last time, I had recently moved to Atlanta and had waited too long to have him seen. Dr. Akins and his crew snatched him back from the jaws of death, re-hydrating him and getting him to eat again after his surgery. This time, I took him in much more promptly, so it was just an exam and same-day surgery. I finally got to meet Dr. Akins, and he is a gem. Warm, funny, and obviously loves bunnies. His crew takes great care of Charles-Marie, even brushing him and clipping his claws while he was under. All Creatures doesn't have the lowest prices in the world, but it's very hard to find a good rabbit vet. I've definitely found one in Dr. Akins!

This place is ridiculous. It is filthy and charges way too much. Some of the staff are pleasant but some are not. We have been going there for the last two years. Never again. I was disgusted. Dr. Mike obviously cares more about money than any of the pets. Choose a better vet that takes pride in the hospital.

I've tried these guys out several times (due to convienence and hours)and have always felt disappointed and "ripped off". The main goal of this hospital seems to be selling, and I have found that their reccomendations often counter what my (amazing) regular vet reccomends (@Loving touch). Get a second opinion before signing ANYTHING! The staff is friendly, but trained to sell, and really not very knowledgable about current practice. When asking for a tour I was put off the first time and when I finally got a peek in "the back" it was a cluttered mess. Also, in regards to "the back" my pets have never been worked on in front of me. For all the money they expect, the least they can do is show me how they care for my pet. Also, keep in mind that the male doctor will not hesitate to be rude, guilt you,or straight up tell you off! There are way too many good vets in this town for you to waste your money on All Creatures' rudeness and quackery. Save your money! Also, I have almost never seen the same person twice except for a blonde (sweet) girl on sundays and the male vet who talks too much. Strange???

Our dog was a rescue dog with severe anxiety problems. All Creatures has worked with us to help her with some of her difficulties and have even worked as part of a team with UGA and the behaviorist there to give our dog the best possible life after abuse and neglect as a very young pup. We are thrilled with her results and they even know to sing "Little Bunny Foo Foo" to her like we do when they handle her paws to put her more as ease. She is very trusting of them and I consider that the highest compliment! :) Thanks for a great job!

I did not have a good experience at all and wish I had never gone there. The male Dr. has a bizarre personality and I did not like interacting with him at all. My cat was taken into the back and put into a harness to give him shots whereas at previous vets he was given the shots without harness and just in the regular exam room with me there. I had my cat declawed at this place and he broke everyone of his stitches and got infection. The service is horrible, when I called to get my records sent to me to provide to next vet, they were very rude and said it was hospital property. I WISH I HAD NEVER GONE HERE---SAVE YOURSELF THE HEAD ACHES AND FIND SOMEWHERE GOOD!! I am going to try some new vets and I will post my recommendations.

My pet went in to get her hoofs trimmed and came out unable to walk and bear weight on her foot. It has been two weeks and she is still in a lot of pain and the vet did not and will not take the blame. He was rude, pointed fingers, and I would never go back to him ever again.

My experiences at All Creatures have been so different from other posters. My budgie was deathly ill and I had already taken her to two other avian vets at another vet office. The 2nd vet had given up on her and offered to euthenize her right there in his office. I hesitated, and decided to take her to All Creatures. I had chosen All Creatures because, a year or so earlier, they had saved the life of a baby oppossum after my dog got a hold of it. (See my other post below.) I figured that, since they hadn't charged us for that endeavor, I could trust them not to run up a bill unnecessarily. The female vet (Dr. Carolyn, I think) put my bird on the correct medicine, gave the correct instructions, and today my bird is alive and happy, thanks entirely to her. I have to say that my experience with the front desk has also been vastly different from others here. The receptionists have always been extremely courteous to me, almost sickeningly so. I drove from Lawrenceville to All Creatures. I will continue to take my birds to see the avian vet at All Creatures. My dogs already have another vet here in Lawrenceville.

We have been using them for 3 years to care for 3 rabbits. Dr. Mike is the best vet I've ever used. Most knowledgeable, caring, and he explains everything in great detail. The staff are very nice and know us by voice over the phone. We HIGHLY recommend them for exotic animals. They aren't the cheapest place around, but they have never charged us for unreasonable procedures. Often the charges are less than estimated. Exotic animals are expensive to treat anyway, and most vets do not have the knowledge to treat them. We tried 3 vets in our area and All Creatures is hands-down the best.

I haven't brought any "normal" pets there yet, but they have been wonderful with my dwarf rabbit, and I know they are good with ferrets, too. They are very knowledgeable and caring.
