We had these guys over to fix our garage door which suddenly refused to lift. We were given an estimate and they were out the next day to fix it. The estimate was exactly right and they were in and... out within 30 minutes. Great service!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Wray was running ahead of schedule and called to see if I might be able to have him come early. When Wray showed up, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and professionally. He took the time... to explain the nuances of proper garage door maintenance and upkeep. He promised me a price up front and even gave me a military discount. Overall a splendid experience. Thanks!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

The company installed my garage door some years ago, and since then they've come for service calls several times and have provided excellent service. Today they came within hours of my call and fixed the problem immediately (it actually was an easy one this time) and charged me a very fair price. The service people have been proficient and polite, and I do not hesitate to recommend the company for either installation or repair or both.

Kevin came to repair my garage doors. He was punctual, and in fact came ahead of time. His company charged me $79 for one door and +40$ for another door. My other door only needed wall switch to be repaired, but still it cost me $40 more! When Kevin started working, he was able to troubleshoot that the problem was because the door was missing a cable. He charged me $15 for the cable. Later, he found out that a bearing had gone bad. He told me that a new one will cost me $15 - he lead me to believe that the best garage bearing is a non-branded nylon one with ball bearings. He did not show me any price list for the spare parts. Anyway, Kevin repaired the left door with the parts, repaired right door switch, lubricated and tightened the screws, nailed the weather strip, and reset the code in the key pad for $151. He pasted his company's sticker with contact info and guarantee by the garage door for further reference. Overall, he did a good job. My only concern is that he passed off a nylon make non-branded bearing (with ball bearing) for $15 when better made heavy duty steel ones with 10 bearings costs only 9$ at Home Depot. The same applies to cable where he charged me $15 for something that costs $9 at Home Depot. The whole work got over in an hour. The technician was courteous and efficient, but he would have been more professional if he showed me a price list, provided me an estimate and was honest about price/performance of parts he replaced, which I feel was a rip off.

Tim came when he said he would, worked efficiently and quickly and comforted me that the problem was age of the tension spring, not something I had done to cause it to break. I thought the price was very reasonable, and I will use them again. I need some other repairs to my home's front door and garage door frames, and he offered to pass my needs onto someone in that line of work for an estimate - I had been looking for that for some time now - thanks, Tim!

I discussed the problem over the phone with Dan and got an estimate before Justin came out within an hour and a half. He was quick to fix the problem and even replaced the light bulbs in both garage door openers even though he was only working on one. Very nice and job well done. Thanks Justin!

I didn't expect too much since Overhead Door is the recognized expert in this field. I was very surprised and pleased to find that the specialist they sent out was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed a problem where our garage door wouldn't close. Not only that but he serviced it so that it operated quieter and smoother. He explained what the problems were and what was done to fix them. Great experience and a reasonable price! He left contact information on the wall right by the switch. Very Convenient! I recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service or repair.

Brad showed up when expected. I feared having to purchase two new garage door openers--the ones I had were in pieces--but he was able to reassemble and repair them both for a fraction of the cost of new ones. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Definitely recommend, will use again.

Someone answered phone right away and scheduled for today between 2 & 4. Michael showed up at 3 which was great b/c I had been locked in with car all day and could not get out! He worked very hard to explain everything which was important to him..not me..the important thing was to fix it! Which he did! Good job! Thanks.

All Four Season's gave me great Customer Service by phone, gave me a fair price and did a great job installing a new door for me. They explained everything about what they were doing and treated me with respect. I highly recommend them. After having a bad experience with another company I have to be sure that I let people know what a great experience it was dealing with this company.

While waiting to make a decision one of my doors began to act up and started to vibrate so much a roller came off its track. AFSGD not only gave me a great deal on new doors but also sent Michael to fix my old door free of charge until the new ones came in. They were installed on the date promised and are working superbly. One other note is that Michael also correctly measured my door opening and noticed that my old doors were too tall by 3" (7') and advised that shorter doors (6'9") would look much better. Attention to detail, great service and after sale satisfaction is what I received from All Four Seasons Garage Doors.
