ok since i was solicited by postcard to do a review on this company i will. last year i called the company to see about a problem with garage doors that did not open properly. the guy came and said that things were normal and that it just needed lubrication. but he didnt even have anything the lubricate the doors with! he asked if i had a can of wd-40 on me that he could use. seriously, is that how this company does business? oh yeah, the problem was still there afterwards.

Reasonable rates, very fast service (next day). Door had some minor issues after installing new springs, so technician came next morning and worked until fixed the issue. Would recommend and will use again if required.

The technician, Justin, was great. He came within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem very quickly. However, I was not informed about the service call fee beforehand and so I was surprised when that fee doubled the cost of the repair and a new remote. I was given a $10 discount, but am still disappointed that I was not told about the steep service call fee upfront when I called for the appointment. If I had known about it, I may have decided to just get a whole new garage door opener instead of paying the high price to get my 12-15 year old opener repaired. Perhaps I'm supposed to know that a service call fee is "standard", but why would I? I think it should be SOP for them to tell people about it when we call to schedule an appointment.

However we are also disappointed that you were not please with our service call fee. We are one of the few companies that still offer FREE estimates. When Justin came out he should have told you the price for the repairs and then at that time you could have allowed the work to done or just kept the estimate and turned him away at NO Charge. We also give prices over the phone when customers ask, and they do. We are very up front about our pricing and tend to beat our competitors by a long shot. We do not believe in being deceitful to our customers. We, like all companies charge a service call fee IF work is done but it is not hourly and there is not a trip fee. It is the same fee if we are there 30 mins or 3 hours. We hope that you will continue to use our services in the future and will recommend us to others. Please feel free to call us anytime to discuss the situation further. Any input from our customers is very useful to us. Thank you.
This company is unbelievable in this day of not so good service. I emailed a question and received a reply within minutes. Jason came out the next day and installed my opener. Britney was so nice and always instant with her help. I will recommend this company to everyone I know.

My garage door broke and All Four Seasons came out within three hours of my call. The technician was very professional and fixed my broken garage door in less than an hour. I highly recommend them to all.

I was able to take time off from work and had confirmed appt for 2:00-4:00. Tech never called/came. I called co twice - 2nd time they said tech was way behind schedule. Why didn't they call to advise?

First and foremost we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that our tardiness may have caused you. We at All Four Seasons know that your time is very valuable. Regarding this situation we did let you know at 3:30 that our technician did not have his phone and as soon as we were able to contact him we would give you any update on the time he would be there. I spoke with you again at 4:30 and let you know that he was running behind and it would be after 5 that he would be there and if that was OK? I also tried to see if we could set up another appointment that would work for all if us. You informed that you could not wait any longer and that you would call back after 6 to set up an appointment. We did not hear from you. I called Monday and left a message to set up another appointment. Again, we are terrible sorry that we were not able to come out during the scheduled time and it is NOT our practice to be late to appointments. We hope that you will you reconsider using us in the future and we would be more than happy to give you a discount on any of our services. We strive for perfection and 100% customer satisfaction.
On a Saturday morning, I pushed my garage door opener to exit, just to find the spring had snapped, pulling the garage door out of square, trapping my car in the garage. After waiting for another company that never showed up or called, I called "All Four Seasons". Dan said they could be out within the next hour or so and would call when they were on the way. They did, and Gene replaced the springs and cables as well as added a keypad I had been wanting to get. He was efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Would highly recommend this company!

I have an older house and have had occasional trouble with the garage door. I have used All Four Seasons three times over the last 7 years and each time they have come they were courteous, punctual, corrected the problem and were not pushy salesmen-type. I've appreciated that their fees are reasonable and fair.

One of the cables attached to my garage door broke, and All Four Seasons came and replaced both cables for a good price. The wrinkle here is that non-standard thin cables were required, the kind used by Overhead Doors. The technician had to find the cables (apparently not easy) and make a second trip to complete the job, though I was not charged extra for the time. The whole process took longer than I expected: Friday morning phone call until Tuesday night completion. However, I was impressed with the dedication of the technician to get the right parts for the job. A new door was suggested, but I was not pressured to do that.

We had an 30 year old wooden garage door that wasn't working just right. One of AFSGD's sales people came out to give us some recommendations. He was on time, not pushy, gave us options for repairs vs replacement and gave us his opinion when we asked. We decided that day on getting a new door. We chose the door and set up the replacement date and time right there and then. I had a question about the door before the install date and they called back promptly and worked with me on my concern. Our door is in and looks great. My wife and I give them an A+.

I called them as soon as my garage door broke and they came in the next day and fixed it. they were very professional and it didn't cost much at all. Very happy with the service!

The repair man was able to come out the next day, he was early, knew right what to do and was done very quickly. He even lubricated the door and tied up some loose wires for no extra charge! Our door hasn't run this well since we bought the house!
