Do Not Call, 7/18/2014

Movers claimed to not have tools to assemble furniture. Broke a mirrored pedestal dining table, glass table top, heavy Mexican pottery, scratched dresser. Called several times, no one returns calls.... They are inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Worst experience., 9/03/2013

Worst moving company you could possibly deal with. Do not use this sorry excuse for a moving computer. We ordered 2 movers to arrive from 1-4pm on a Saturday. Around 3pm the dispatcher called and... assured they were on their way. 6pm rolls around. No movers or call from them still. I called dispatcher who assured they were still on their way from a trip that was an hour and a half away from my home. 8pm, no movers and no call. Now they don't answer their phone. Movers never arrived. I will never use this company again and don't suggest you do either. No excuse for sorry service.

Do Not Call

Very Disappointed

They told me they would arrive between 1pm-4pm. They called me at 1:30pm and told me they would not be able to make it to my house for the move and that they wanted to give me enough notice, to find someone else... on the day of? They said the job before me was larger than anticipated and they would not be able to make it to my house. I had to be out that day and so it put me in a very tough situation where I had to find a new mover at the last minute. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

They are great!! Wonderfull movers!!!

I moved today. And I had to say this move was the best! I have moved all over the world and the US; the guys were great. From the start to the end it was great. If I ever move from this house I will call All My Sons to move me. John and Doug were very helpfull and nice!!

Cancelled Day of Move

Doug from All My Sons moving based in Atlanta called me the day of my move after the scheduled time to inform me his crew would not make it and the earliest they could reschedule was for Sunday which is two days later. My move was schedule for today between 1 and 3. He would not do anything to resolve the matter other than offer to reschedule. I asked him to compensate the difference between the price of a new moving company, the cost for the new tenants to hold their goods, if necessary, and their hotel and out of pockets for their delay. He would not do anything. He would not let me talk to the manager or the owner. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE DO NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE BARGAIN! THERE WAS NO WARNING THAT MY MOVE MAY BE CANCELLED. I asked why didn't they state that when I booked the appointment that it could be cancelled. If i knew this I would have never hired them.

Great Experience

AMS made it easy to schedule the move, was clear about pricing and showed up right on time. John Mallicote was very helpful and accommodating. Julio and his crew were professional, fast and friendly. I would definitely use them for my next move.

Worst Moving Company in GA

I started emailing all my sons moving in March to coordinate a May move. I informed them that my fiancÚ and I would be moving from two separate places into our new home. Jessica Casey said no problem. The move was from lawrenceville to loganville and would cost $327. The day came and the movers were supposed to be here between 12-2. They didn't call to say they were running late. When I called the company they said they couldnt come until 7 and Doug said I should feel lucky about that. Doug refused to let me talk to a manager and said if I didn't like it I could find another company. For my trouble he would waive the 3% credit charge. I informed him I was paying in cash so he said he'd send an extra guy to get me done faster. When they came they were rude. Asked me how much I was paying and that I'd need to pay for the extra guy. Looked at my 1 bedroom apt and said they wouldnt do it got back into the truck and left. Told me if I didn't like it to call and curse out the company. Called and John offered more excuses. This is the worst most unprofessional company ever! Ended up getting a Uhaul and 2 guys for less then half. Total move took us only 3 hours. Don't ever use All my sons!

Best Service

I hired All My Sons on Sat march 31 to handle my move from Brookhaven to Suwanee. From Jessica, John and Vincent and his crew i couldnt be happier with All My Sons and the outstanding services they provided me! Top quality customer service and a honest company!

Still providing terrible service...

Over 15 years ago we hired AMS to do a large in-town move for us. Despite my contact with them two days prior, they never showed up. when we tried to call, their line was disconnected. We never heard from them. At the last minute, we hired another mover (Mark the Mover) who saved the day for us. I will never forget that horrible experience and am surprised to see they are still in business.

TERRIBLE!! BROKE MY TELEVISION AND WON'T RESPOND

I used this company to move me in middle of June. They showed up on time but took over two hours to get my condo unit contents loaded onto the truck. This was after I had everything moved into the garage for easy access, boxed and ready to go. Once we arrived at my new location--the movers had to share the elevator with another family that was moving in--all while the clock kept ticking. 6 hours and $700 later--I was in my new place. The first thing I did when the movers left was to connect my TV. The TV wouldn't come on. After several attempts and noticing that it appeared that the TV had been dropped...I contacted them immediately to report the problem. That was in June--its now mid October and I still have no resolution to this problem. I have been given the run-around at every turn. It took them 30+ days to respond, then 30 more days to agree to pay me and supposedly a check was put in the mail in August--it has yet to show up. So beware....they are not reliable if something goes wrong and a ripoff!!

Gave Them A Chance, But Did Not Come Thru!!

Had used them before and the experience was good. Saw problems people experienced on this site with keeping there appointments,being on time and poor customer service. We thought we would give them another chance. When questioning them on these reviews, they promised it wold not be like that, so we scheduled for Sunday @ 9:00 AM. This was on Wed, or Thursday. Said they would call Friday or Saturday to confirm. Guess what? No calls. We had to call them and then they said they would call back to confirm late Sat. night. We said that was to late and we needs a confirmation now. They now could not start till 2:00 PM. We cancelled.

Honestly, Just Terrible Service

Made an appointment with All My Sons in Roswell for 12:00 pm today (7/15/11), it's now 4:00 pm and they still haven't shown up. I have called them and each time I speak to them it's another hour they are behind. Now I just spoke with Jim/John and they aren't even sure if they can do it at all today. Keep in mind, they did take my deposit to "hold' our appointment for today. I'm very disappointed with this company at this point... Update 7/17/11 : So now it's Sunday morning (since they didn't come Friday and they rescheduled for this morning) and they were supposed to call at 8:30 am to confirm a time. We again had to call them at 9:15 am since we hadn't heard anything, which they said we'd hear from the driver "any minute now" to say he is on the way. It's now 10:20 am and still have heard nothing. We have wasted one entire day waiting on Friday, they cancelled it and rescheduled for today, and now they are two hours late this morning and still haven't heard anything. Please keep in mind we have not caused a stir/ruckus so there is not a reason they would be trying to avoid us or 'get revenge.' They honestly just suck at what they do and are the most unreliable company I have ever purchased a service from.

Honest, Quick, Careful

We hired All My Sons to move our big furniture items from south Atlanta to Roswell. They were quick, courteous, and very professional. They also did a great job of protecting all our furniture. I was concerned about the cost, but even with such a long drive they didn't charge us for the time it took them to get to south Atlanta or the time it took them to get back from Roswell. They even gave us back 15 minutes' worth of payment from their initial estimate because they finished a little early! We felt very comfortable with All My Sons, and felt that they handled all our belongings with great care. In the end we felt like we were much better off trusting the move to All My Sons than doing it ourselves or with friends and family. We highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible customer servi ce.

Due at 9am I waited til 6pm. No one called me. When I called I was told they forgot to call me and they'll be here 8 30pm then cancelled due to rain, I was told the men had been working 12 hrs and were revolting. Never have I dealt with a company this incompetant.
