I've had the worst experience with their moving manager in Las Vegas named Roger. He tried to reschedule my move twice without taking into account my preference after our phone conversations. He rushed me into giving him my credit card number after bragging about his years of experience when I was voicing some concerns about the move. In general, it's reassuring to know one's expertise and years of experience but he conveyed his in a very condescending way. He then had his crew show up at my house without prior notice when he told me he would call 1 hour ahead of time. It was as if I had to wait when they would be available for me that day. He became argumentative on the phone when I tried to clarify if I would get charged from the time they showed up at my house when I was not there. He was rude, arrogant, made no concessions, nor was he apologetic for his behavior and for disrupting my scheduled move. When I told him I wanted to cancel their services he replied, "Let's do that," in an irritated tone. The stress and aggravation he gave me was uncalled for. Moving alone is very stressful. As a result, my move was delayed by 2 days and I had to hire another moving company (which turned out have the best people in their team). I called All My Sons 1877 number in Texas to report and I received the same dismissive treatment. My only consolation: they reimbursed the $50 deposit they charged my card. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing this as their movers unload my belongings into my new house. I am being forced to pay double what my initial quote was. The movers have been nice and have apologized that they don't set the prices, the manager does, but they might as well have put a gun to my head and taken my wallet, because I was just robbed.

RUDE and UNETHICAL company. VERY unprofessional. We are currently reporting them to better business bureau and the licensing department in las vegas, nv. There is a whole site devoted to complaints and issues with this company. They have been fined for unethical business practices. AVOID THEM.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you today to tell you about the exceptional service that "All My Sons Moving & Storage" company gave me. From my initial email (which they responded back to me within minutes), to the actual move and completing the transaction was totally above and beyond service expected. They were precise and everything went very smooth. They arrived on time (in fact they were early). I was given a window time of arrival between 9-10 am and they arrived at my home in Mesquite at 8:30 am. The two employees scheduled for my move were very courteous and they ran circles around me and were quick to do anything. I didn't once have to ask them to do anything twice. They handled all of my furniture with special care. We then moved all my belongings to Henderson and once we got there, again they were quick, efficient, and very caring. I had them bring the king size bed up stairs and apologized that it was up stairs as I am 6 mo pregnant and could not help. The driver replied with "no problem Kandy, this is my job and I am happy to do it". Woweee, that was so nice to hear. This company is top notch. They went over all the charges before hand and then again when we were finished. I would totally recommend this company to any/all!! If you want exceptional service with a great customer service...this is the company to pick!! I rate them from 1 -10 with 10 being the BEST....I give them 100!!! They are that good!!

My move was coordinated within a week. The estimate was conducted the same day I contacted the company. The three gentleman that moved me were very considerate and fast. It happened to rain of the day I moved and it took longer to move than expected, but with my flat rate, I did not have to pay for the additional time. I will definitely use this company next time I move.

I had a 3 bedroom house and a washer and dryer to pick up and move within Vegas. The 3 man team achieved the entire move withing 6 hours including travel to and from both locations. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them!

I am retired Military and have lost count of the number of moves I have made. This was the most unprofessional move I have ever experienced. They could not get all of our items on the truck and refused our offer of coming to do a premove survey. They showed up with insufficient packing material. The packing skills did not exist. Kitchen items were stuffed in boxes without regard to contents and expensive books randomly dropped into boxes. Furniture was disassembled and not reassembled due to office pressure to move on to the next job. Sad news is that those items which were assembled, like the beds, were improperly/incompletely assembled. Many of the parts are missing. We had to finish the move with a Uhaul truck and friends help. Go somewhere else and do not use this company.

We called ALL MY SONS on 3/18 for a local move here in las vegas. The guys showed up on time and were polite, uniformed, and very profesional. It took us about 4 hrs to finish the move, which was great since last time it took another company 8 hrs to finish moving the same stuff. We called the company to tell them how satified we were with the service. Thank you ALL MY SONS we will use you for our next move. Crew : Danny , Jerry, and Norman

I read the other reviews, and i have to admit i was alittle concerned. I decided to use them since they sound more proffesional on the phone than the others. My move was just completed today, and i can not complain. During the booking i was told it's by the hour from the time they start till they finish. Thats what they charged, there were no hidden charges, (experienced with other las vegas movers), and my furniture was padded and protected. I was concerned for my bif screen, but they didnt seem to have a problem with it. At the end they even called to check if all was ok. I have no problem with these guys. I ll probably use them again, when i move in 100 years. I hate moving.

This is a company who obviously hires the lowest skilled and cheapest employees they can find. This is evidenced by the fact that you will be hard pressed to find one of the workers who speak English and their packing skills. Nothing is packed properly. NOTHING. By the time they left my house and I watched my 62" TV carried out to the truck with just a blanket thrown over the top I was in tears. They change their estimates and rates at will. Their website claims that your stuff is stored in a sterile temp controlled environment. It is not. I saw it with my own eyes. Eventually, I reported them to the BBS. Read what others have written here and go check the complaints against them on the BBS web site. Thier bottom line is making money, not customer service.

We hired them to move from one storage unit to another. We had a written quote but when we got to the 2nd location, they told us the price was double. We refused, & they told us they were leaving with our goods & would charge us storage for every day until we paid their rate. We called the office but they told us the manager who quoted wasn't in. The moving men would call on their cell and tell us the manager said we had to pay the new rate. The truck tried to drive away, so we finally agreed to pay the higher price. Since we only had 1/2 the amount in cash, we had to sign that they could bill us the balance. We called the police, who agreed to come settle a "dispute." When they arrived, they did background checks on the men. Woohoo! The one driving the truck had a suspended license. The other had an outstanding warrant. The police called the office and told them to send someone to drive the truck back. They told them they would background check whoever they sent. When the truck arrived with 2 men 1 woman, the man driving had no license and the other had an outstanding warrant. The police finally told us to leave and they would settle up with the company that our bill was paid in full. We still don't know what happened after we left. I'd like to rate them -5 stars.

I have been waiting 3 years to write a review about this business. Thank you Kudzu for giving me this venue to warn prospective customers of this very unprofessional business. I scheduled this company to move my belongings from a location just 5 miles to my new home. They didn't show on the scheduled date, and I had to be out of my former house because it was sold. When they finally showed up 2 days later, they had people working that didn't know how to move, and they didn't speak English. They damaged numerous items, and held my stuff hostage until I paid them an enormous amount of money, $3,400. It was very late and I needed to have my beds for my disabled husband, child, and myself to get some rest, so I gave them a credit card thinking that I could then contact my B of A mastercard the next day. Well, B of A put me through many hoops and denied any recourse. So, All My Sons Moving made about $2,000 more than they quoted me to just throw my stuff in my garage. It took me nearly a month to find everything, and to get some normalcy back to our lives. This was the worst experience,and I sincerely hope that no one ever has to go through this trauma.

We used them to move our stuff from one house to another (9 miles) and store it over a holiday weekend. They broke about a third of our stuff. Dropped a desk drawer in front of me and cracked it, then acted like it was no big deal. Of course, my spouse had not gotten the additional insurance, so we got NOTHING for reimbursement. We also ended up with two boxes that had stuff in them that wasn't ours. Called them back, and found out they had been looking for them - another customer was missing the items. Real pros.
