We purchased the sump pump and drainage system from Diego. It was installed in February 2011 and paid in full. We were told to call All Pro in the spring when the ground was dry and they would return to bury the hose that carries water from the system to the outside. We called in June and Diego setup an appointment. He and his crew failed to showup for 3 appointments. Diego called and said they were backed up working with customers who had purchased their systems before us. They would come to complete the work when our turn came. No one came or called so after another 4 weeks we called Diego's cell and the listed office phone. No one ever answers nor does anyone ever return the call. I sent a friendly email saying I would like to have a good business relationship with them and to contact me to resolve the issue. Again, no one responded to the email. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will followup with notifying the MA Attorney General. This company should not be in business.

Intersting posts. As a lawyer, a company offering warranties and not fulfilling them is fraud. Dlo27y - try calling the MA attorney general's office. They have a fraud helpline for assistance. Funny how All Pro brags about standing behind their work on their website. Per diegot - BBB is a scam - then why do they claim that "We're in good standing with the BBB" in bold letters on their website? Last time I checked, an 'F' grade is not in good standing. Probably just trying to make the website look legit to lure customers. Wouldn't be surprised if the so-called testimonials are fake too. Definitely a case of buyer beware.

Unfortunately, we've also had a bad experience related to All Pro's warranty. Our basement flooded last spring due to a sump pump failure installed by All Pro, which was under warranty. After several conversations, in a September 10,2010 email, All Pro agreed to pay for the replacement of the primary sump pump. They said their office would "mail a check soon". As of today, we're still waiting for payment. We do not receive responses to our telephone calls and emails. Regarding the post by 'diegot', Diego Tameirao is the owner/rep of All Pro.

Quick to offer warranties but not around to do the work. Don't return phone or email messages. Beware - check BBB report for complaints. Also illegally using the BBB name and logo on their website.
