Just got my car back from this place. Worst customer service ever. The customer is not important. The bumper they got from dealership wasn't the correct one. They blamed dealership. They'd ordered part ahead and had my car for 4 days while I paid for rental car only to discover it wasn't the same as my car. Never offered to pay to extend rental car or to take any responsibility. Just continued to say it wasn't their fault. At one point they said that Lexus Corporate had opened a case on this because the VIN number on my car gives out faulty part numbers. This was not true - no case number when I asked for it. Turns out they gave the wrong VIN number to Lexus parts so they got a different bumper. I insisted they put the old bumper back on car so that I could return rental. Even after 6 days delay, taking my car back to them so they could take pictures, asked me multiple times if I was sure I bought it new and hadn't had an accident, and waiting 2 hours for new part to be put on, they never said they were sorry for my inconvenience, offered no compensation or anything. Never take your car here.

Our 2001 Saturn was in the shop for only a few days from having a tire blow out. All Pro was recommended to us by Roswell Auto and this was the first time we had dealt with All Pro Collision. James the manager was as nice as can be, and Mo kept us up-to-date with all the repairs that were being made and let us know when to expect our car back. Great service-oriented management and staff. Our car looked better than ever upon return, and we will use All Pro for all our paint and body needs. Thanks so much for doing such a wonderful job.

I picked up my car today and it looks wonderful. Kim did a wonderful job at keeping me updated and I would refer them to anyone. I give them an A+ on quality and my car was cleaner than I have seen it in years. Don't forget to ask for your Senior Citizen discount!

My car had some right front damage from someone comming into my lane on the highway. The repair from All Pro took about two and a half weeks for some damage to the bumper, right quarter pannel and rim... wich is a bit long in my opinion. The finished product was fine but when i picked my car up my driver side tail light was cracked and a quite expensive digital tirepressure guage was stolen from my center console. Other than all of that it was a decent repair. I just expected a bit more help on the tail light but all i got from the manager was "if you buy a new one we will install it for free!" and as for the guage... i never got a call back even after calling them twice.

After my vehicle was hit, All Pro was nearby so I gave them a shot. By far the best auto service I have ever had! I live all the way in Kennesaw, but I will bring my car to All Pro everytime I need something repaired or maintained. Keep up the good work!

I had a G35 Coupe come in for severe damage from a tire that was hit on the road. Everything from the estimate, repair work, finish, and after job follow up was superb. I lead a customer serice dept. for a local airline so I know how important treating the customer right is. My car runs even better now and would not hesitate to give a reference. They even drove me to my house which was 11 miles away, which went beyond the call of duty. I thank paul my service rep and Frank, the owner who took time out when I asked to meet him. If you want to be treated fairly, this is the place!

apparently they are going out of business or something because they have no customer service reps. My car has been there for a week and no one bothered to call me. When I called they said the car would be done that day. I would have been nice to be able to prepare.

They do an Ok job is all I can say. I have had minor work done twice and both times had some issues. There was a finger print in the paint on the first trip that was never fixed and a scratch on my new windshied on the second visit. Body panels were straight and secure. The paint is average at best. Not that great at blending, tiny bubbles and imperfections as well. Very average overall.
