All Pro Movers

This company is not professional nor do they employ professional movers. For my move, day laborers were used, an expensive lamp broken, items stolen and the price charged was $200 over the estimate. For a 2 bedroom apartment 4 hrs were taken just to load the truck, my last move, 4 hrs completed my move. The crew behaved as if they didn't know what to, did not speak english and were obviously wasting time. Televisions and any items with glass were $15 extra for each piece. I had to carry my televisions and glass tops in my car which was an additional burden and was not required with previous reputable movers. Additional fee was charged for the most basic of things. If you don't want to be ripped off and have a smooth move, don't use this company.

This company is ok if nothing goes wrong during your move. If there is a problem with damage - FORGET IT! I contacted this company at least a dozen times regarding damage to my carpet and two pieces of furniture. They didn't return calls until the 10th call and then still gave me the run around. I would never use this company again and advise you to look elsewhere for a moving company.

My wife and I moved from Midtown to Roswell 3 years ago. When we moved in, we were able to get everything through the front door. However, these guys said they couldn't, and lowered the couch over the 2nd floor balcony. They were morons, and the couch actually just missed a parked car below them when it was dropped (they lost control of the couch). When we unpacked everything, we found 2 things missing - including the large glass top to a table. They denied everything so we had to file with the Better Business Bureau. My wife even went to the office on several locations, and they gave her the runaround - and were very confrontational. Buyer beware: many movers are crooked. Make sure to check with the BBB before selecting a mover. This one had a HORRIBLE track record.

Your men did not pack up all of my things and move them as was decided. My was kitchen left full of things that could have been moved, including my microwave. In my living room, my stereo system was left with my speakers. The bathroom downstairs, a picture was left on the wall, and the decorative waste bin was also left. Upstairs my regular 37inch television was left on the floor with the stereo system. My bed frame was left on the floor in the room; a picture was left on the wall in my master bedroom’s bathroom, and a picture was left in the upstairs bathroom as well. My computer, fax machine, printer was left in the guest room. In the guest room a drawing that I had was badly damaged, because your men placed my computer monitor on top of it.
On the moving day, one of your men also took it upon himself to drink alcohol on the job.

I used All Pro Movers in August of 2006. I found their information online and filled out an online quote. From the beginning, they were extremely professional and courteous. Their online estimate offered guaranteed rates and even special discounts!!

The day of the move, the three movers and a huge truck arrived on time (actually 15 minutes early). They were SUPER FAST! After about 45 minutes, my entire house was wrapped with their protective blankets loaded into the truck.

Long story, short. they are extremely fast, efficent, competively priced, professional and courteous! Highly reccommended!...
