we use all-pro for almost ten years since we moved in to our house. Recently, we discovered there were small groups of termite in a closet. we have to tear up the floor in the closet and clean up the pests. we called all-pro to report the issue on Friday. I was told I should get a call back in a couple of hours. It has been 3 days. There are no call back, nothing. we have a services contract with them. They are indifferent to customer crisis, during times when we need them the most.

I have NEVER experience such poor customer service. I am absolutely disgusted at this company. I was NOT given the service that I spoke to the salesperson about. And Andrea, the customer service manager/sales manager, is quite possibly the rudest employee. I wish I had truly read the reviews before I used their crap service.

Do not do business with this company. After 10 years with this company, I have decided to get services elsewhere. I had issues with fascia rot on my home due to the incorrect install of LeafProof gutter guards which cost in excess of $4000 about 2 years ago. I left several voicemails for Andrea (manager by the way) over a 2 month period before I could finally get her on the phone to be dismissive and unhelpful in assisting me in getting my issue resolved. It is either going to cost $2K to reinstall correctly or $300 to remove them completely. These people are con artists. In doing research it appears I was duped because they overcharged me for the product and install by over 200% and that this product was suppose to have a "lifetime warranty" to guard against excess debris which was verbally communicated to me. I was told it was my fault there was excess of debris in the gutters. I tried to explain to her the issues with the wood rot is a factor of improper installation not the excess of debris but she kept saying "the owners" said you did not abide by the contract and get your gutters cleaned out every year. First the guards were suppose to alleviate the need for me to clean them out each year and second that is not what was sold to me. I even requested several times for a copy of this warranty she was referring to but never got a copy. This business is a rip off and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BAD BUSINESS!

I unfortunately cannot recommend doing business with this company. These are the things that have driven me to discontinue their services and go to another company as of this month. - Rarely came out when automated machine said they would be out. - Only on three occasions over the last 14 months have they actually arrived the day they said they would and perform the tasks they said they would. - When advised that their employees were not spraying for mosquitos as they were supposed to, they told me that COULD NEVER Happen, even though we watched them come and go. - When asked to come back out to spray, as we were told they would do for us anytime - I was told it would take 50 days before they could get someone out. - To disconnect I was told they cannot do it over phone, I need to email them. - Sent several emails and left VMs to let them know I went to another pest control company and need them to schedule to pick up their traps and call me on my CELL. I never received a call back, and they tried once to call on a total different number. Despite being told they need to call me on my cell. - They came out and took all the traps that the new termite company put in (and they weren't even the same traps!). Stay Clear

I have been using this company for 10 years to protect my house in Marietta, GA. I am in the process of selling this property now and was required to give a termite letter. I was horrified to find that my house was infested with termites in spite of the fact that this company had just recently done an inspection (Oct 2015). I discovered that they still use a baiting system that the Department of Agriculture has said is useless and no other company is still using. My house got a clean bill of health!!!! What would have happened had I not had an inspection done by another company? Would my house have fallen down before All Pro would have realized that we had a problem? They now deny any liability for my damage due to their negligence. Use this company at your peril.......

This company is unbelievable. The customer service manager Andrea E gave the company 5 stars on another site. That's funny. I'm only writing this review because I received a call from this company with their non sense and in the end a survey to rate my experience. Horrible! Why do they do dumb stuff like this? The rep wanted to know if I canceled my service because a tech came to my house and the system was gone. Duhhhhh. Apparently they aren't taking great notes on their customers because I called complaining last year that the tech was ordered to remove my system. That was a lost cause. I've had a bait system since my house was built. Installed and maintained by All Pro Pest maybe. I say maybe because I've had problems BUT they denied my claim saying it's cosmetic. Ummmm okay that's the excuse this year. What did I buy? Coverage to cover termites eating my all brick home? Does termites eat brick? (I'm being sarcastic.) Anyway, I'm now waiting for the company to come inspect my property again. (Their suggestion.) Maybe they are turning over a new leaf and trying to obtain a reputation of 45 yrs ago. Who knows.

We have been very happy with our All-Pro service and have had it for 5 years. I've called once for a re treatment in that time and it was taken care of promptly and professionally. I've had a lot of questions in the past week and they've answered immediately, emailing information to me as well.

Horrible customer service, manager and employee's are rude Over priced and do a horrible job. Still have bugs and issues have to call every two weeks for re-spray. Regretable that I did a 1yr contract will never use them again. Recommend you never use there services as you will be disappointed.

This company is a scam rhey use a baiting system that is nothing but wood in the ground. Then when you get termites they try to sell you a full treatment. Thi sis after you have already paid for the termite stations. They never send the same p[erson out to service your home. BAD NEWS BEARS!! USE ANY PEST CONTROL COMPANY BESIDES THIS ONE!!

After shopping around for termite coverage, I came to All Pro, the Bug Pro. From the first call, the salesperson was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They sent someone to my home that did a great job for a very fair price. I would highly recommend using this company.

I am surprised by the negativity here. I've used All Pro for 10 years/3 homes and never had a single issue. Not with termite letters, treatments, response time or customer service. I know you can't please everyone all the time but I have been happy EVERY time I needed to call on them.

After using the All-Pro monitoring service for 9 years, I called them to inspect my home and issue a termite clearance letter for closing. They found termites, did part of the treatment, took my money, and did not return for multiple scheduled appointments to complete the work, including one the morning of closing. I returned from the closing, realized that they had not been out, and called to find out when they would compelte the treatment. The tech told me that he "thought someone would be out in 4 or 5 days"- after the new owner will have moved in. The clearance letter stated that the home had been treated. I will be making a call to the GA Dept of Agriculture as soon as their offices open after the weekend. Don't use these guys. They are unorganized and you can't actually talk to anyone in the office. There are a lot better folks to do business with.

They did the original treatment on my home when it was new. Like clockwork every year, they contacted me to come out for a visual inspection. After about 6-7 years, I realized I had not had the inspection the previous year. I called them, and they said they had stopped that practice, unless the customer called and asked for the inspection. When I complained, they agreed they would put a note in my file and make sure I was called every Spring. That never happened, however they have never failed to invoice me in December for the upcoming year. I've had termites twice since that time. Find someone else. Anyone else.
