In February I paid $3700 for repair for my transmission slipping. My transmission is warranted for 12 months. After I paid It was still slipping within 24 hours. My car has been back 4 times, does the same thing it originally did in February within a day of getting it back and I have incurred almost $1500 in towing and Rental cars. Time lost from working and the rudeness of the past manager, also.Today my transmission went out on Hwy 285 and I am back to NOT having a car. Unless they want to pay for a rental and recondition the transmission to run without my life being in danger, at this point I feel they owe me money back. As much as I've been out financially, the hassle, unprofessionalism, along with they broke my sunroof seal and my drivers seat I feel they should give me money back! Yes I left them messages with no return call.

I don't usually make the effort to provide comments on companies, products or services unless they're particularly bad. Not so today though. Over the weekend I was cleaning out my 1998 Navigator, a vehicle I bought new and now use as a farm truck on my Alabama farm. I came across my 20 October 2010 invoice from All Pro Transmission & Auto Care in Norcross, reminding me of when I lived in Alpharetta and found All Pro to be t eh lowest cost rebuilder of my Navigator's totally wrecked transmission. All Pro was the lowest cost (by far)and was also as helpful, friendly and timely as any repair place of any kind. Most importantly to me...my beloved Navigator still serves the family, as a work horse (more like a mule actually). It almost always has a 16 foot trailer hooked to it and routinely pules tractors and other heavy loads up and down Clay county Alabama, home of Alabama's highest elevations. My Navigator may lay down on me tomorrow but, for now, she's an amazing worker with one strong transmission. Just had to take the time to say thank you All Pro! Mark Davis

Place has horrible customer service. Has the displeasure of dealing with Rick (current general manager) where I got the run around for 3 weeks on a warranty transmission job. Not once in the 3 week period was I contacted with any kind of status update in regards to my vehicle (not even when the car was finished). My transmission was rebuilt and it lasted for 6 months before I had to see them again. Trust me when I say if you're going in for warranty work, they're gonna put you on the back burner since they've already made their money off you. Avoid this place like the plague.

I really beleive any good reviews are written by All Pro! They are scam artists. I went from needing simple transmission work costing $600 including labor to getting a quote based on off dealership fees for thousands of dollars for a rebuilt transmission. I was told that my birthdate was all that was needed to start repairs. Then I never heard back from them. When I finally got thru to Rick I found out he never even touched the car 2 weeks later! And then he threatened that if I didn't come bring him cash ASAP he'd start charging a storage fee BEFORE the work has even been done.

All Pro Transmission stated my transmission was in excellent condition. Took car to the dealership, my transmission is shot. I paid $1200+ for crap aftermarket parts, horrible customer service. They did not fix what their business is named after. Not only that, I took my car back (04 Chevy Monte Carlo) and they had the never to tell me it was my breaks that needed replacing. Still not addressing the transmission issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!! Action will be taken futher. Believe that because of the proof they didn't even put my parts back in their proper places. Just HORRIBLE people and work!!! I guess they think cause I'm a female they can tell me anything, guess again All Pro Transmission.

Mrs Graves initial complaint was a no start problem. We towed the vehicle to our shop at no charge and preformed a free external and computer diagnostic. The results found the engine needed numerous repairs including plugs, wires, air and fuel filter, belt and tensioner as well as the intake manifold gasket. The intake manifold had a major air leak which prevented the engine from starting. We fixed her no start issue along with the other engine problems. After completing repairs the customer picked up her vehicle and returned within two weeks complaining of a shutter problem in the front end. An inspection was preformed with results of a brake problem. The shuttering was caused by excessive brake and rotor wear and occured when the brakes were applied. The customer declined repair stating that a family member would fix her brakes. The customer has not returned or contacted us and we were not aware that she had a complaint concerning her transmission. At the time the vehicle was at our shop it did not present any transmission problems otherwise our transmission technician would have been the first to recommend repair. If indeed there is a problem with any work we preform it is covered under our warranty which includes parts andd labor.
I took my car to 3 shops before coming across All Pro. I was charged for a diagnostic by someone else and they told me nothing was wrong. All Pro found the problem pretty fast and got it repaired. I was very grateful to have found a decent mechanic in the area that really knows their business.

VOLKSWAGON DRIVERS BEWARE!!! This place is so full of it I made this mistake of taking my Volkswagen there for a transmission rebuild. I was told that when they were through my transmission would be running great. Needless to say I fell for the bullsh**. After only having my vehicle for about 4 weeks the car started jumping into gear. After taking the vehicle to All Pro more than once I was told by them that my throttle body needed to be reprogrammed and it would be my responsibility to take the vehicle to the dealership and pay for the programming. Give me a break, if the throttle body needed to be reprogrammed why this was not done as part of the rebuild. After taking the vehicle to another transmission shop to have it checked I was told there is NO reprogramming for my vehicles throttle body. Not only am I now looking at another $1700 to $2500 to have my vehicle repaired correctly All Pro will not take responsibility for HALF doing my rebuild. I was advised that the work on the throttle body should have been completed in the initial rebuild. VOLKSWAGON DRIVERS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I KNOW YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE TO THIS PLACE. FYI, WHEN A BUSINESS OWNER OR EMPLOYEE FEELS THAT THEY CAN TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER “LOSE THE F****** ATTIDUE, THIS IS NOT MY CAR” THERE IS SERIOUS PROBLEM! NO IT’S NO HIS/HER VEHICLE BUT I PAID FOR A SERVICE SO DO WHAT YOU WERE PAID TO DO. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

Made the Mistake of taking my 2006 F-150 to this shop, was told should be around $1100 for the rebuild. Should have known better. They always want to replace the torque converter and pump, so my total was $2400+, also includes 12 month return. Or use used parts for $1800 with only a 6 month return. Called Ford dealer can get a new transmission for $1900 plus install (which includes torque converter and pump) includes 3 year unlimited mileage return policy. Have to pay $600 to put transmission back together and take to Ford. Use at your own risk, but don't think you'll get out of there for $1000. Darn.
