All Pro Transmission & Auto Care

I took my car to 3 shops before coming across All Pro. I was charged for a diagnostic by someone else and they told me nothing was wrong. All Pro found the problem pretty fast and got it repaired. I was very grateful to have found a decent mechanic in the area that really knows their business.

VOLKSWAGON DRIVERS BEWARE!!! This place is so full of it I made this mistake of taking my Volkswagen there for a transmission rebuild. I was told that when they were through my transmission would be running great. Needless to say I fell for the bullsh**. After only having my vehicle for about 4 weeks the car started jumping into gear. After taking the vehicle to All Pro more than once I was told by them that my throttle body needed to be reprogrammed and it would be my responsibility to take the vehicle to the dealership and pay for the programming. Give me a break, if the throttle body needed to be reprogrammed why this was not done as part of the rebuild. After taking the vehicle to another transmission shop to have it checked I was told there is NO reprogramming for my vehicles throttle body. Not only am I now looking at another $1700 to $2500 to have my vehicle repaired correctly All Pro will not take responsibility for HALF doing my rebuild. I was advised that the work on the throttle body should have been completed in the initial rebuild. VOLKSWAGON DRIVERS, IF YOU KNOW WHAT I KNOW YOU WILL NOT TAKE YOUR VEHCILE TO THIS PLACE. FYI, WHEN A BUSINESS OWNER OR EMPLOYEE FEELS THAT THEY CAN TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER “LOSE THE F****** ATTIDUE, THIS IS NOT MY CAR” THERE IS SERIOUS PROBLEM! NO IT’S NO HIS/HER VEHICLE BUT I PAID FOR A SERVICE SO DO WHAT YOU WERE PAID TO DO. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

They were upfront and honest about the cost and the repair process. The important part is my Transmission works and was completed when promised. I am glad I chose All Pro Transmission and would recommend them to anyone.

Made the Mistake of taking my 2006 F-150 to this shop, was told should be around $1100 for the rebuild. Should have known better. They always want to replace the torque converter and pump, so my total was $2400+, also includes 12 month return. Or use used parts for $1800 with only a 6 month return. Called Ford dealer can get a new transmission for $1900 plus install (which includes torque converter and pump) includes 3 year unlimited mileage return policy. Have to pay $600 to put transmission back together and take to Ford. Use at your own risk, but don't think you'll get out of there for $1000. Darn.
