My AC went on the fritz the first week in April, when a mini-heat wave hit Atlanta. Apparently, I wasn't the only one with AC problems; the first 6 companies I called-including the one that repaired it a year ago-were giving me appointment times 5 and 6 days away. Some of them wouldn't even try to set an appointment unless I already had a maintenance contract with them. All Quality gave me a next day appointment, and since my house isn't far from their office,only charged me a $39 local service fee. (Most quotes started at twice that amount.) Mac diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, and while he had to go to the shop to get a part- as well as make a previously scheduled service call-he busted his butt to get it all done before the shop closed and make it back to my house so I wouldn't have to sweat out another night. The price was reasonable, also; less than I'd braced myself for! This company truly takes pride in doing all they can for people, from extended hours to help people in need to keeping their prices reasonable.
