I called the company on a Saturday morning after hours. They said they would fit me in. Curtis worked for 2 hours but had to come back on Monday with a new motor. He worked for another 4 hours, realized it was something electrical going on, called a friend and rigged up something so we could hve air till an electrician could come. Thnx Curtis for all your effort and wk. U R amazing!

We started out with a service call with this company years ago, and recently had a 13 seer ac installed. The company's personnel were nice then and now and we are very pleased with the service they provided.

This company persuaded me to buy a humidifier that would not require seasonal maintenance & would automatically turn on when I switched from AC to heat. When I switched to heat my basement flooded because the plastic flexible drainage hose had not been secured & fell out pouring water onto the floor. They also installed the filter upside down allowing water to pass straight to the hose. My water billed showed a 8K gallon overage. I was recovering from a heart attack & did not realize the downstairs was flooded for 2 days. My insurance denied my claim due to this company's error. I had to hire another HVAC company to replace the flexible hose with pvc pipe as required, a mold remediation co, a clean up & restore co & a lawyer who inflated my $40K damage to $300K+. I dismissed the attorney, then he sued me. I had to go to the Secretary of state to free myself from the atty & the company responsible denies any responsibly for the stressful expense of hiring them. This was the worst experience I've ever had with ANY company. Two years later, 2 men from this company showed up at my door after dark demanding they come in to take pictures of the repairs I made to satisfy the Sec of State. I said no. The Sec/State was informed of the damage they caused with 3 affidavits claiming their negligence & is investigating their competence. I had another heart attack from the damage, mold, legal & expense stress they caused. Please do not suffer as I did with this company. Be warned

All claims this customer made were denied and her lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice. We recently went out and politely asked if we could take pictures of the repairs she stated were never done. We in no way "demanded" entrance to her home.
After having my havc unit replaced by All Quality, we have continued to have hvac issues for the past 1.5 years. And although the problem was diagnosed differently time and time again (which cost $$$ each and every time), we continued to have problems. At this point, I will never use them, nor recommend as there only intent is to charge fees, but the problem never will get fixed!

We did everything possible to help this customer. The technical problems were different and the bottom line is he did not want to pay for the service.
My wife and I own a small office condo in Dunwoody and last week, thieves stole all 4 of the outside HVAC units serving my building. We had used All Quality to service our units so we called for estimates. Danny Mead arrived within an hour and gave us a thorough and competitive estimate. All Quality installers arrived the next morning and by the end of the day, we had 4 new units up and running. We have and will continue to use All Quality for both our home and commercial HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with service received. Technician arrived within hours of my call. Knowledgeable, friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem - bad fuse. After the heat was restored, it went out again the next day. Another technician was sent out within hours and found a bad electrical switch and provided feedback on how to fix myself for $2.50 without an electrician. No charge for second trip and quickly fixed myself.Household is warm again!

I used this company and I will be the first to say that I will never ever use them again! The dispatch manager, Anne was as crazy as they get! She was misinformed about payment and called me and my husband screaming and threatening to call the police. What type of company treats their customers this way????? Even though I eventually received an apology from the owner of the company, the entire ordeal was enough for me to never recommend this company to anyone!!! The are extremely unprofessional and rude!!!!

This customer refused to pay our techinican. When informed she must pay at time of service she became upset.
I recently had a new ac unit and furnace installed at my home by All Quality Heating & Air. The two technicians that came out were very professional and we were 100% satisfied with the results. They needed to return the following day to replace the line to the furnace and came thru as promised. We realized our hot water was not working and called Vincent to explain our problem. Vincent said ‘"no problem" and came back to correct the problem. We truly appreciate Vincent for going ‘above and beyond' to make sure we were totally satisfied. He remained professional and even had a smile on his face even though his day was not quite over yet. We cannot thank him enough and highly recommend All Quality Heating & Air to all our family and friends.

Rip Off Aritists... The following is the response that All Quality made in response to a post I left in 2010 entitled rip off artists (All Quality Heat & Air replied on 01-10-2012) "This customer was informed that we did not want to service their home due to payment issues in the past." This is totally ludacrous and a lie. Again, I never had a payment issue because my insurance company paid them for work that was done due to lightening. Once again they are lying and trying to cover their butts. And look how long it took them to respond, two whole years. They probably thought I would not look back at this and see that they are trying to cover their tracks now. Wont happen. I will forever tell people how much your company and customer service sucks; especially your dispatcher. She should be fired!

This customer was informed that we did not want to service their home due to payment issues in the past.
Found them here on Kudzu, called them a couple of times. Each time, they were - on time - always calling to confirm, etc. - friendly - professional - willing to answer any kind of question - very fair priced I strongly recommend these guys!

Hired these guys based on their Kudzu ratings & was not disappointed. Mack serviced our systems and did a very careful, thorough job. He even found a small gas at a fireplace near one of the systems. Overall excellent work and excellent value! - DJ

All Quality responded quickly to a heating emergency this past winter at a rental house I own. They quoted a great price for a new furnace, and completed the replacement work quickly, on budget, and in a clean and courteous manner. I called them again to check the old ac unit this spring. They really know their business and the office staff is ESPECIALLY helpful. How nice it is to deal with honest, reliable folks!

These people are professionals form Ann the receptionist to Mac and Vic service professionals that are knowledgeable and polite. Ordered a part and within 24 hours was installed and working. They are tops in the city!!!

Mac sold and installed a heat pump in my challenged older home. He came up with the best plan and at a very competive price. The installation was difficult, but All Quality did not stop until it was perfect. The follow-through with maintainance has been just as stellar. I recommend them to everyone.
