Shirley is RUDE. Dr. Innocent did surgery before speaking to owner or before paperwork was completed. Actually met Dr. Innocent after surgery was preformed without given permission. When asked to resolve situation bc Rocket aka Chinese Water Dragon died that night. Dr. Innocent refused to speak with owner to refund money for everything but the $98.00 emergency fee. Shirley aka Office manager horrible additude hung up on me 12 times. Taking to court if you have a similar situation please contact me at 678- 386-6707 leave message if I don't pickup immediately.

Dr.Innocent has a heart of gold and I trust all of my animals in his hands, he helped me get through the past couple of months with my 15 year old Amercian Eskimo and was kind enough to send me flowers the morning after I had to put her down. He currently takes care of my 3 animals and one of my boxers is currently healing from ACL surgery done at his facility. He is a wonderful clinician, is as fair as they come and I personally think he is the best there is. He also helped save my sisters dogs life after she jumped a fence and sliced her entire abdomen open - this doctor and his office have helped me and my familes furry babies time after time after time. TOP NOTCH!!!

When our dog had severe issues a couple years ago, we took him to a local vet. They were very uninterested in helping our dog and diagnosed him with a bladder infection. Our dog was in severe pain. We got a recommendation from a friend to take him to All Species 24 Hour Animal Hospital to see Dr. Garry Innocent. Dr. Innocent was not only knowledgeable in our breed of dog, but he was determined to fix the problem. Our dog had IVDD, a serious disorder common in the breed of dog we had. If we had not taken him to Dr. Innocent and went with the first diagnosis from the previous vet, we would not have had so many more loving years with our dog. We immediately switched all our vetting needs to All Species 24 Hour Animal Hospital. They are close by and offer 24 hour service. Everyone is very friendly and you can just tell how much the staff loves animals, no waiting times, no upselling, they offer yearly check-ups, shots, and provide you with the monthly medication your dog needs (frontline, heartguard, etc), the doctor will speak to you personally on the phone with any questions or concerns regarding your pet. We highly recommend this place and we feel so indebted to them for helping us with our dog.

When our rhodesian ridgeback was attacked by 2 very large dogs (not once but twice this has happened) Dr Gary and his wonderful staff took amazing care of our dog. The wounds the second time were quite serious and they had to put in drainage tubes and everything. I don't think there could have been better care for our beloved pet!

After my vet refused to do oral surgery on my dog to remove a broken tooth, All Species not only agreed to do the surgery but the care my dog received following the surgery was top notch! I got 3 phone calls during the day updating me on the surgery and recovery and one of the employees sat with my baby while she woke up!!! Great care :)

Okay, first of all. It shows how awesome your memory is because you call my mom and I mister. Second, your prognosis is obviously wrong because my dog is cancer free now and running/eating around like a puppy. Third, you gave my whole family a traumatizing experience and left us emotionally disturbed because we had to prepare mentally of our dog's possibility of dying. Fourth, it's not wrong of us to seek another professional opinion simply because, you are just sketchy. Fifth, you said you took 3 x rays? Lol how come we only got to see one really blurry one then? Sixth, you couldn't even answer my mom when she asked you what kind of cancer my dog had. Seventh, you were pretty much screaming at my mom to put my dog down because he was in pain, I wouldn't say we were given the euthanasia option nicely. Eighth, good job getting the diagnosis correct lol but you said my dog would die on the operating table if YOU had operated, but my awesome vet saved my dog. And lastly, shouldn't you actually be practicing on how to really save people's pets instead of spending your time online trying to justify people's experience at your place?

Mr. Chen brought in his 11 year old German Shepard complaining of severe abdominal pains. There were three x-rays taken of Leo and all showed a huge cancerous mass. Blood tests confirmed the diagnosis. Mr. Chen was given the option for treatment; however, based on the age of Leo his prognosis was poor and his quality of life would be marginal and it was not recommended. He was also given the option to euthanasia his pet. The price given to Mr. Chen for this service included the euthanasia and a private cremation and for a dog the size of Leo was not out of line with other veterinarians in the area. As the veterinarian's diagnosis was correct Mr. Chen's statements regarding not trusting his diagnosis appears to be incorrect. Also, if he was "money greedy" he would not have offered the option for euthanasia as much more money could have been made by treating Leo than ending his life peacefully and without further pain.
Went there for an emergency visit. Staff and doc was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and the price was very reasonable. I don't give out good reviews if not deserved especially since money is involved.

Several times I visited and verified boarding price. Was told a flat rate plus any vaccinations if the pet was out of date. When I dropped my pet off, I was told only per day rate & any missing vaccinations. But when you leave your pet, they will call with additional mandatory screenings, a mandatory medical card, and other misc cost. I declined consent for anything other than the vaccinations quoted and was still forced to pay for charges they hide until they have the pet and you're already on vacation.

By reading the other reviews posted by gottaluv they are not happy with any type of service. When an animal is brought in for boarding, as this pet was during the Thanksgiving period, it the responsibility of the pet owner to insure that the animal is presented with all if its shots current. In this case it evidently was not and the animal was given the missing vaccinations. However, just as with a human doctor before treatment there must be an examination to ensure that there is no possibility of an adverse reaction to the vaccines. The medical disposal fees are standard and so is the Pet ID card. Each client who boards their pet is required to read and sign an admission notice informing them of this. Evidently gottaluv missed that part.
Staff is hired, lead by doc-if staff is bad, starts w/ the doc. I went here bc it was Sunday evening, close to my home, my JoJo was in acute distress, willing & ABLE to pay any & all, my baby didnt survive, doc was not there as we were told when arriving which would have given me option to try elsewhere but lied to, treated better @McDonalds, overcharged by their admission, refuse to call me back though I have been in 3 times requesting the office mgr or the doc. They refuse to tell me who provided cremation. My son is a local cop & I work for the Mayor and still, treated terribly. Court records & horror stories follow this vet. Pls post a reply that this was my fault Dr. Innocent! Dont go there ever!!!

Veronica65 brought her dog into our facility suffering from a grand mal seizure that had been going on for over 30 minutes. Upon examination of the dog it was found that it had a severe heart murmur and pus pockets in its teeth (possible infectious). After lab tests were conducted and Veronica65 was given the prognosis she opted to have her dog euthanized. Her primary complaints to us were that: a) She shouldn't have to pay the emergency after hours visit fee because the animal did not survive and b) that we were not sympathetic enough for her when she had to euthanize her pet claiming we were even to cheerful when we called her to let her know her ashes have been returned. Ms. Veronica65 called here twice attempting to engage us in conversation about these items and we responded back via letter informing her that we do not return these type of calls as they are normally acrimonious, which this review by her validates.
Not going to bore you with all of my experiences with the office but to sum it up; Dr. Innocent is FANTASTIC! My entire family takes their animals to him. However, his staff is a J-O-K-E! The bald guy behind the counter is always on the computer, doing who knows what, and never acknowledges you. Then you get stuck with this annoying spanish speaking lady that you can't understand and she NEVER listens to your concerns. I changed vets ONLY because of Dr. Innocents unprofessional, unfriendly & incompetent staff. Sadly I'll never return, I wish Dr. Innocent would clean house or move to a professional practice.

Unfortunately, at the time of this review we have to agree with BluntTruth; however since that time the entire staff has been replaced and retrained to be a caring, professional staff that goes out of their way to ensure that both the client and their pet are properly taken care of.
I took my husky in because she was coughing and throwing up blood. Dr Innocent said that she had something stuck in her esopogus. He wanted to operate right then. I was not confortable putting her into surgery that fast and took her over to Pets are People too 24 hr hospital. They told me that she had an a bad allergic reaction to something she ate and she was just coughing up blood from the allergic reaction. They gave her some antibiotics and sedated her to make her more confortable. She stayed over night and they called me to tell me she was fine in the morning and I could come get her. How did she go from having something stuck in her throat and needing surgery to having an allergic reaction. Stay away from this vet.

A review of the records for this client indicates that they did not want to pay for x-rays to see if there was something obstructing the animal's throat. Therefore, an external examination was made and like a human doctor, without proper tests, one can only make a diagnosis based on what is observed.
