Allspeed has been servicing my families vehicles for over 8 years. They have always been very honest with me on what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait until my single mom budget can afford it. Miles and his team are a great group of people to work with.

Listen to the below reviews. If you have any comment on their work at all the owner doesn't look to work to a win-win situation. Instead he'll threaten you, call you a 'bad customer'. A 3/4 turn lock screw was lost on my splash shield and i asked them to replace it, he promised he'd do it. Weeks later and 1 phone call a week to him promise after promise he still had excuses why the part ($5-7 part at most) wasn't in. I told him frankly he gets daily deliveries from BMW so quit giving me excuses. In turn he went so far as to threaten to punch me if i came in. I was very tempted to go in and let him do just that so I could own his business. Total jerk. Hope he goes under. he deserves it. Use this shop, you better check everything BEFORE and AFTER it goes in. Most likely things will be lost, not replaced, not properly reseated, tightened, etc.

My dealings with this shop are extremely poor. The person that was there to assist me gave the impression that I was an inconvenience to him. When the situation escalated nothing was done. I even asked to get the owner involved... It appears that he cares as little for his business as the person he hired.

Nov 3 they replaced both rotors and pads on my truck. They were supposed to have installed new bearings - repaired the A/C - Flushed brake system - replaced transmission gasket and 5 qts of fluid. Dec 30 some 60 days later after 6,000 miles the bearings failed due to lack of grease OR over worn as if the old bearings were moved from the old hubs and installed in the new hubs. The A/C has since quit working. The rotors deformed as if I had overheated the brake pads. They wanted $150 to grind the new rotors. Big Daddy's Garage did the job for $138 and also warrents the repair. The new transmission gasket is still holding. I can not attest as to the quality of the brake flush job. I will not take another car into this shop, nor will I reccomend anyone else to go there.

Value: Allspeed charges average rates compared to other large shops in the area. Quality: About 20% of the time I have received cars back with quality issues on the work. In one case suspension components were not tightened well enough and came loose while driving. Service: Once they let my car sit for several weeks without any work done and no updates to me. Worse is the owner's lack of customer focus. He threw a rather reasonable sounding, non-hostile customer out of his shop infront of other people because the customer had a complaint about the service taking longer than committed. From the discussion that was had, Allspeed kept a car longer than promised, impacting his vacation plans, so the customer asked for some consideration off on his bill. The owner became immediately angry and referenced taking food from his kids mouths and demanded the customer never return. He demanded the customer pay full price, forcefully handed the customer's credit card and receipt, and told him to get out.

I stopped going to the car dealer for repairs & maintenance (in Union City) because I stopped trusting that they were doing ALL the service that I paid for. I trust that All Speed will do all the work and backup what they do, for the same or less than the auto dealer!

I have taken my BMW in for service and they seem to do a good job. Pricing is reasonable, but I think I like Theos a bit better. All Speed will look for a car at auction for you, just let them know which make, model and year you are interested in.
