All Valley Pet Clinic

Like the other reviewer said, I had my doubts for awhile - but my animals were always healthy and we didn't visit much. When the tables were turned and they needed care I made my way to the Meridian office after an unpleasant initial visit at the other facility. Although I feel the care was great and the vets were helpful at the hospital site, I will not go back to either and am on the search for a new provider.

When my cat who didn't like people came down with an ear infection, we took her here because it was close and it was best to have a short drive. She was very unhappy and hissed, spit and generally made her displeasure known.The vet techs were positive she was feral but the vet came in and immediately said, "She doesn't like people and she's sick. She's not feral."I liked that he recognized that immediately. When we had to put this cat to sleep due to kidney failure, they were extremely kind, even going so far as to advise as to when the best time would be so we could spend as much time with her as possible, they let us grieve in the room for as long as needed and sent us a condolence card.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS VET OFFICE FOR AWHILE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOUSE AND I JUST PUT UP WITH THE ARROGANCE OF THE VET UNTIL I WENT IN TO BUY SOME FOOD FOR MY PET ONE DAY AND I WANTED TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT MY PET THAT I AM VERY CONCERNED ABOUT AND I WAS VERY WELL INFORMED THAT I WAS BOTHERING THE VET AT HIS LUNCH TIME WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF BECAUSE THE BUSINESS WAS OPENED AND THEN WHEN THE VET CAME OUT TO ANSWER MY QUESTION I WAS MADE TO FEEL THAT I WAS JUST A PEST AT THAT POINT. I NOW DRIVE ACROSS TOWN OUT OF MY WAY TO ONE OF THE OTHER FACILITIES SO I AM TREATED LIKE A WELCOMED CUTOMER INSTEAD OF A PEST. PRETTY SAD.
