AllGood Plumbing

Had to get a leaky sink repaired and Allgood plumbing technician, Alan Haas, did an excellent job. He was prompt, offered great service, and even lent a listening ear to a frustrating plumbing situation. The price was higher than I expected for the repair but I'm not exactly sure of the market rate in order to judge the value fairly. Overall, I would recommend Allgood because they provide great service in a timely manner. I also really like how they send a service appointment reminder with a picture of the Technician ahead of time.

Harrison Cook came out to help with my overflowing basement drain. Once he examined the problem, he realized he was going to need the camera and locator to find the septic tank. Instead of just setting another appointment and heading home for the day, he called around to the other teams and found a truck with the camera. He drove to Monroe to get it, came back and did the job. If he ever reads this, the tank is under the post holding my deck up. I just stared at it in disbelief for about an hour.

A senior (Jim) and apprentice were sent out in response to my call about a leaking shower. After a short inspection of the shower, the recommendation was for me to caulk a hairline crack in the bathroom floor outside of the shower. Then their intense focus turned to inspecting the water heater in an attempt to sell me a new one; which I neither need nor want. At least they were honest about that. Turns out that the shower drain just needed to be reset and tightened; a 15 minute job I ended up doing myself with supplies from Home Depot. They could have, and should have done it. After all, the shower leak is what I called them out for; not a faulty water heater. They were polite, but certainly didn't diagnose or fix the problem. If you need a water heater, Allgood might be your guys. But if you have a plumbing problem, you might be better off calling some serious plumbers. In the end, I paid them $39 to make a sales call on me in an attempt to sell a water heater.

We have an older home with multiple plumbing issue going on. Allgood was so easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment online at night and they sent out James K. the very next day. James presented very professional and friendly and was very throrough in his inspection accurately diagnoising the plumbing issues. Great job Allgood for having good people like James!

Service person: ALAN Did a great job on a necessary project. Very nice young man. Very pleased with the finished work. Would definately use the company again. This was my first experience with All Good and I could not be more pleased
