You can't make this stuff up!
You folks have gotta hear this! I called these clowns about a year ago for a clogged sewer line after another company couldn't fix a clog. He quoted me a price of $1000 to replace a pipe he suggested was wrong, so I approved the job. The plumber ran a snake through my line and broke through a check valve that went to my sewage pump in the basement. I ran to tell him to turn off his snake because he was tearing up my pump. After he finished the job, and before he left, I had to make sure my pump was working, and of course it wasn't. This clown tried to blame the other plumbing company. I told him to take off the check to see if he damaged it with the snake. This thing was shredded all to heck, but he tried to convince me it would still work properly. Yeah right you crook! I told him he was not getting a dime until he made the repair. He gets upset and goes to get a replacement part. He comes back and during the repair, the cuts himself and drips blood on my carpet, and on my stair handrails. To top it all off, this fool took my extension cord out of my garage, used it, and left it in my driveway. Idiots with wrenches. Oh, after spending $1000 and two plumbing companies and 3 master plumbers later, my line clogged up again within days. I made the repair myself for $300.

More than I expected
I do not want to appear in the tank for these guys (no pun intended), but what a great company to deal with. Our water heater began leaking after 11 years and we needed a plumberfast. After reading the reviews here and in the Forsyth County Home Services Review we choose AllGood. We were fortunate enough to have Ken Bennett come out and assess our situation; Ken provided options all with a can do attitude (whatever it takes to get it done). We decided on a tankless and are very happy with the results. Interestingly, after the install, Ken left and we noticed a leaky pipe. Ken turned his van around and came back to check it out (he was half way home); again, with a great attitude. He fixed the leak but in his mind something was wrong, it should not be leaking. He checked the water pressure and it was 120psi (double the recommended pressure); he had the parts on his truck to replace the Pressure Regulator and save us from a potential major issue down the road. His humility and professionalism sold us; we are proud AllGood Plumbing customers. I would ask, however, that AllGood provide me with a timer for my two daughters; now, they never run out of hot water in the shower.

Very impressed
I contacted Allgood after I had purchased 4 different "flappers" for my very old toilet. None of them fit over the hole correctly. I called them and set up an appointment for the next day. They called me and advised me my repairman was on his way. A few minutes later, I get an email introducing me to my repairman. Great touch! Dito came in, and lickity split, he had fixed my flapper. No more running water! He also looked around and asked if there was anything else he could look at while he was here. Great guy! This company went over and beyond my expectations. I will make sure all of my friends know what a great company they are to work with. Very impressed! Thanks Dito!

Excellent serive call for a new water heater
James Nuckles did an excellent job today. I called AllGood early this am as the pilot on my 9 year old water heater failed and would not operate. James was sent to my home and over the next 4 hours he removed my old water heater and installed a new water heater. Thanks for the great service and advice
