This review has two parts. Part 1. Our experience with Ken the owner was horrendous. For Ken, he gets zero stars based on his inept performance and lack of professionalism. Ken, was condescending, uncaring, forgetful and argumentative. As a paying consumer, if you ask Ken a legitimate question that concerns you, Ken gets angry and arrogant. Ken also demonstrated he does not know, or care, about the "proper planning" of an irrigation system. Ken's plan is to throw some sprinklers on the ground and; "let's turn it on and see what happens". Due to word limitations allowed on Kudzu, I cannot go into the many disappointing details but I definitely, and for good cause, strongly do not recommend Ken. Part 2. Steve, on the other hand, gets 5 stars as he was friendly, customer orientated, very informative, reassuring, helpful, and courteous. A complete professional and a pleasure to work with. If you choose to call this company, ensure you "only deal with Steve", I cannot stress this important fact enough to you. Steve is the only one in this company who cares about ensuring things are done the right way and to your complete satisfaction. Steve should immediately start his own company, he would be far more successful on his own and have nothing but happy customers.

The owner lied about being insured until the day of install when it was too late to cancel. Their installers damaged personal property during their installation and refused to pay for correction even when offered photos of their damage. Denied they had even caused the damage. Then tried to insist they had given free zones and didn't charge, when they didn't do that either. Poor customer service all the way around.

This customer acknowledged that the gate on his property was damaged, before we started our work. He explained that he was going to get it fixed after we were finished. He received an estimate for a 9 zone job, by the time we were done we had installed 10 zones for this customer, we honored the original estimate for him. Furthermore, there were at least 4 other contractors working on his property. I am a licensed contractor with no complaints to the BBB for over 18 years. Why after he acknowledged it being broken would he blame us??
We used Allgreen for a repair on our system. They were able to come the next day, and fixed our leak quickly. This is a very efficient and professional company, will use again if we need more service! Easy to work with! Thanks!

Very disappointed . Had dealt with Allgreen for years until recently . Asked to replace an irrigation timer . Quoted 200.00 just as he replaced in my front yard . I get a bill for 350. Does apologize for poor communication and offers to charge me correct amount . I agree except I ask for new bill for my records so there is no later confusion or misunderstanding . Bill never comes instead 9 months or so later he just comes and takes the timer without permission ! I replace the unit myself in 5 minutes . Cost me 70 bucks . Very unprofessional .

This customer called us to service his timer. Upon inspection I found his timer was burned out due to electrical problems. We had to completely rewire his electricity supply to the timer and replace his burned out timer. I quoted him $200 for the timer install only. We had to complete much more work than originally quoted. This customer was mad because he said he could go get a timer cheaper at Home Depot. I'm sorry he was disappointed; we did the work he asked us to do. After I contacted him several times for payment for my services, with no response, I had to retrieve my timer. This was my customer for several years, and during that time I always had trouble receiving payment from him.
Stephen was the service man from Allgreen who fixed our system. They were the only company to return our call, fix the problem in a timely manner and kept in touch with us every step of the way to make sure we were completely satified. Did the job well, completed what we wanted with minimal cost. Great job! We will definite use them for all our sprinkler needs.

Allgreen was referred to me by my landscape contractor. I had sod installed in my front and back yards, and I needed my irrigation system fixed. I had some broken pipes and sprinkler heads going all over the place. They came out immediately, worked around my schedule not theirs, and were very reasonably priced. They educated me, and didn't try to take advantage of me. I will use them again, and suggest them to my friends and neighbors.

I hired All Green Irrigation Systems to move my irrigation pump and re-connect it. They did move it but had 3 Nation Electric Code Violations in the process. They never properly secured the pump and motor consequently the pipe broke and went dry and burned up. We would not return to fix anything. I had to buy a new pump and hire another contractor and electrician to fix their problems. This cost me well over $1500. I sent him a letter and asked him only to return the money that I paid him for the shoddy work originally. He as never answered and that has been over a month ago.

I'm sorry we couldn't please this customer. We installed this customer's first pump as a new job. It lasted 5-6 years with no problems. This customer hired another contractor (which he also reviewed badly here on kudzu) to replace the original pump we installed. The pump they installed was not powerful enough and not working right. This customer asked us our opinion on this new pump, we stated he needed a bigger pump. He asked us to move the existing pump 10-15 feet closer to the water source, hoping this would correct the problem. We did not change any existing wiring, but added 12 feet. When the pump still did not work right, we tested the flow for him, and told him it was not working correctly and this would cause the pump to burn out; the customer chose to keep running the pump in this condition leading to the pump burning out. I do my best to satisfy all my customers, and I have in business here in the Atlanta area for eighteen years with many, many happy customers. Again, I'm sorry I couldn't satisfy this customer. I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS 18 YEARS AND I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
I'm sorry to see the bad review here, because I have used this company several times for service and they have been nothing but nice, and professional. The owner Ken will explain anything you ask him, and they will come quick, weekends or evenings if you need. This is a great company that has been around for a long time.

Hired Allgreen to turn our system on... Bernie (owners brother in law) was horrible, using terrible language and yelling at his worker. The job was done poorly, they never inspected all of the heads and left without adjusting them. charges me a huge amount to do nothing. I called and questioned the bill with Ken the owner. Unfortunatley they had to come back out, and Bernie, upon arrival, started yelling at me for calling the owner to discuss bill. Just a crazy crew of people. DO NOT HIRE!!!!

My name is Ken Flanagan owner of Allgreen Irrigation. I did have my brother-in-law Bernie Williams working for me. When I found out he was being rude to a customer I went to the customer's house personally and apologized. Since this incident, I have fired Mr. Williams. He has not been with my company for over a year and a half now. I'm sorry this customer had problems with him and I believe I have taken appropriate actions to keep this from ever happening again.
The first guy who was supposed to install our irrigation system failed to show up for two weeks due to countless problems. I then called Ken and he was there in no time. He layed out an irrigaion plan, we worked out a price, and his guys got to work right away. They did a nice install with very little damage to my bermuda lawn. Where they had to dig a hole, they first lifted the sod and placed it on a tarp. When they were finished, they replaced all of the sod and even hand-tamped all of trencher lines. After 3 or 4 mowings, you couldn't even tell that they had been there. Thanks.

I had such a pleasant experience with this company. The owner Ken Flanagan was quick to provide me with a quote. He sent over his team to complete the job while he was out of town and I must admit that I was extremely nervous about this, but I went with the flow and his team did an excellent job. The price was way below that of the other quotes that I received. I really enjoyed supporting this small business owner. I would recommend him a 100%. He also worked in sync with a company called Trinity Grounds-Keepers that installed new sod for me. This owner, Ken Allen, was amazing also. They are a fabulous team together.
