I got my truck stuck in the back yard after days of rain and called Allstar towing to get me out. Their driver Donell not only didn't get me out, but got his truck stuck and ripped up my front and side yard. He called another guy. They ran out of fuel, got the truck out said they were going to be right back and never came back! I notified the BBB to get reimbursed monies to clean up and reseed and they would not respond, did I mention they were 2 1/2 hours late and the whole thing took 8 hours? I had to sleep on the floor of my new house on moving day with no phone or blanket. The owner told me it was my problem! Thanks a lot Allstar towing

I had to register so I could leave this as my first review. When you need your car towed it's obviously a not so great situation. Realizing that nobody is going to drop everything to come get your car first, I would hope that informing you of the ETA or situation would be a concern for company getting your business. Calling at 8:15 AM I was told that someone would call me right back to confirm, an hour later no call. I call back and was told person "A" had been called and they would make contact again and let me know, 45 minutes later, no call once again. I call one more time and I'm told let me call the driver direct and I'll call you right back, 30 minutes later I have not received a call... All I want is some form of confirmation and I'll pay them what is required. Instead I called another company and they are already on their way. Poor service and they didn't even give me a chance to pay them anything!

I had a very good experience with this company. They were always considerate and patient(even though "my" attitude wasn't very good)considering my car had to be towed on more than one occasion. Even though my car is not a Beamer they still were very professional . Obviously, I would highly recommend them -As again, I've used them before
