In mid August 2010, I went online to sign up my child for driving lesson and paid for it. They accepted the credit card payment with no messages. They did not contact me for several days. I called and they said that they were very busy. They would not be able to accomodate my child until early December 2010. I said that was not acceptable and asked to cancel; they said that they had a no cancellation and a no refund policy. I called them daily in September, tried to be really nice and got a single one-hour lesson. I don't know how it could be legal for them to continue to operate this way.
